I wish more people knew about this place. Everyone is nice, phenomenal food and delicious bakery goods. It doesn’t get more authentic than this. 10/10 will be returning, especially for those yummy churros! <3 :D
This place has incredible, authentic Mexican cuisine. The food is always made fresh. The establishment is always clean. And the staff are exceptionally friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star rating.
Best street tacos and tamales in Cedar Rapids that I have had so far. Jalapeno cheese tamales are amazing and also keep well in the freezer.
The sope was good, but not fantastic. It was worth the price, because it was pretty cheap. Our burrito had a hair in it, and was pretty good, although a bit expensive. The chicken quesadilla was lacking in quesadilla. There wasnt much quesadilla. Otherwise, the place is quite homey and was indeed a pleasant experience.
This is my go to for Mexican/Spanish food in Cedar Rapids. Good food, friendly at home atmosphere and family owned and ran! I have never brought someone here that left disappointed.

By far the greatest and most authentic Mexican restaurant in Cedar Rapids-maybe even Iowa. They have wonderful burritos, tacos to die for, and homemade pastries that blow you away. Every time I feel like a good meal I come here. 5/5 stars
The food here is amazing. My husband and I come here all the time. It’s authentic, affordable and had great service. The ahogado is the best!
