Poor customer service, served burnt Hash browns and when we told them they proceeded to give us a second order of burnt hash browns. They gave us a medium milk with barely any matcha even though we asked for a matcha latte. Overall you’re better going to the one on Blairsferry

One of my favorites. Love my coffee. Tried the Brown sugar cold brew with sweet cold foam. Yum. I will order it again! Weekend staff alway are quick to offer a pup cup and my dog...loves to hear "lets go to Dunkin" Can you say spoiled. Great service!
Go about 3-4x a week and get a large black coldbrew, half the time it’s great the other half it tastes like water and looks like iced tea:/ employees are always great though. My favorite coldbrew when it’s made correctly!
Constantly out of basic donuts (even early in the morning, not like afternoons) but still lets you order until you get up to the drive through youre unaware that they are our of everything, gave me a drink and added cinnamon (I'm pretty allergic so that sucked). Can never help with refunds and instead just offers gift cards. Sorry but this location has something going on and I would not recommend going here. When a company with the donuts in the name I feel you shouldn't be out before 11am on a Saturday morning and should plan a little better.
Service was good and employees were friendly. Not very happy with the managers or owner's not sure who they were. 3 of them walked right past us and made no comment such as hi how are you etc. Wondering where the employees got their customer service skills as it wasn't from the management.
I have been coming to the edgewood rd dunkin’ donuts semi consistently for the last 3 years, (about 2-3 time a week). However, this will all be coming to a sad ending because of a new manager named nikki. As I was in the store, nikki was working with 2 other girls and seemed to just be joking around with eachother more than them being in an actual work environment?? All the while talking about inappropriate workplace conversations such as (taking molly, and smoking marijuana. Second, the person that was in front of me in line to order inside had commented to me on how rude she was taking his order, which is exactly the same treatment i had received. I don’t know if this nikki girl has not been trained before or if she is just choosing to be a disrespectful person, but she is one person i know i would never hire in a business setting, especially one where customer service is so important.
It was 9am and the drive thru was packed. I was surprised how fast my order at the counter was completed and how fast the 3 workers were getting vehicles through the drive.
What a rip off I've never seen a glazed donut that wasn't just smothered in glaze nope they take each donut and dip just the top in icing and the only way you're getting Bavarian cream is if you buy the tiniest donut on this planet go to Casey's instead or kum and go way better donuts
The doughnuts are good enough. If I come through here it's usually early and seems like it may be either understaffed or just not staffed by morning people. Order accuracy is about 50% which is pretty low in my book. Occasionally the coffee has been cold which is not great. This place is a good measuring stick for how your day is about to go. Cold coffee and wrong doughnuts? Call it in and go back to bed.
