Coffee? Absolute supreme. Their food? I don't really like at all. I've given it 2-3 chances and wasn't impressed with the breakfast side or donuts

Coffee is made right 3/5 times. Employees are rude and the donuts are usually shot by 11. Pretty common for there to be 1 person actually working while everyone else stands around. The Marion Dunkin is worth the longer trip.

My family loves ❤ the double D and with summer coming there's no question we'll be there virtually every day...when anyone in the family is heading out that way they have to get everyone's order or the family would make them go back out..enjoy

I have consecutively use this Dunkin location since they opened. The last few months I have been purposely avoiding this location. The lack of customer service in the last few months is ridiculous. It is absolutely unprofessional to see three employees playing on their cell phones at the front. While there is a line of cars waiting in the drive-thru. I should not have to wait and stare at my drinks before someone can be bothered to come from the back to hand them out the window when I've ordered ahead. The amount of things that are missing that are available on the app but not available in the store is another reason for the low rating. I recommend you do something about your employees. And I recommend that you find a way to have faster service.

This location proudly hires bullies to work for them. This store had an advertisement up for a discount coffee, and rather than honoring it, the employees outright yelled at and harassed us. The shift manager recommended that we go to another location (Marion) because "they hire nicer people there". The staff members were not reprimanded at all and continued to go to the back and bring MORE staff members out to laugh and ridicule, intentionally trying to humiliate/intimidate and bully. The store manager called the behavior "bullying" herself -- this isn't just my assessment; their own manager acknowledged that the behavior was bullying.I have never seen such brazen and blatant unprofessional and bullying behavior in public. To make matters worse, we called corporate and were told someone from the franchise would contact us within 1-2 business days. After nearly a week no one had followed up. When I called and the franchise owner (Chris) happened to be in the store, he initially refused to provide even his first name and was incredibly hostile from the start, demanding my name and refusing to acknowledge if he knew anything about the situation. It was an incredibly unsettling conversation. After describing the events, I encouraged him to review the footage from the store and to interview his own shift manager before making any decisions, but I did also ask if his store had a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. He refused to answer the question.I told him I certainly do not expect him to make a decision until he has all the facts and has spoken to his staff, but he was unwilling to answer whether or not they have a zero tolerance policy for bullying and harassment. He then hung up the call.I was absolutely baffled.I don't care about a discount coffee. I do care about being treated with a basic level of human decency and respect. I care about a level of accountability.

If you are going to discontinue drinks REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR MENU AND SIGNS. Part of a planogram is removing and adding things to your menu or shelves. 15 minutes waiting to get hashbrowns is quite a long wait (would be understandable if it was for fresh ones) they brought out burnt and cold hashbrowns..... impressive honestly because they also burnt the sandwich.....it's straight black bread.... how are you guys this bad.

My gf has been taking me here and I'm really enjoying their menu. The glazed donuts are very good ?

I stopped in on 12/3 around 12 and asked for a Charlie cold foam and a sugar maple bacon sandwich. When I got my drink it had no cinnamon and sugar on the foam like it usually does. I politely asked for them to put it on and then a curvy blonde girl said to her colleagues “why, it’s not like it adds flavor whatsoever,” thank you for blaming me for you not making the drink correctly. I felt unwelcome. There also was no line behind me.

Great place and great service. Depending on time of day there may be quite a wait for drive thru. Worth the wait!

Just parked and tried to walk in and they locked the door and told me they were closing the lobby. A sign would have allowed me to get in line sooner. And good customer service would have let me order since there was no sign.
