I like the pizza here. They have good prices. Food is usually cooked, unlike pizza hut most of the time
If I could give it a zero I would. My order came looking like a blob of Alfredo sauce, not cut, toppings not even how I ordered it. I called back and I was on hold for 10 minutes so I called back and the manager told his staff to tell me “he’s too busy to take my complaint “ I told them that’s not my problem their busy so I guess me and my 3 year old needed to figure something else out because of his lack of caring. Not a good manager at all. Will never order again from there. Disappointing because I’ve always picked dominos over other pizza places
Terrible customer service. Despite errors on their end they tried to get us to pay for an order, even though we had called to cancel not 30 seconds after ordering (a decision on my family's part).We were also told we must have been the ones to have ordered it incorrectly online, despite us having called the order in directly to the restaurant.When we picked up the other part of our order that we had not canceled, we were told that next time if we canceled the order, we would still have to pay for it.I could forgive this one instance, as mistakes happen and people have off days, but this sort of rude behavior has happened on more than one occasion and with the same people. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this location.

Awesome pizza. Domino's has really just gotten better and better over the years. I love, love, love the sauce and always have to order extra!! 98% of the time, the pizza is on time, and cooked to perfection. My only compliment is that they don't have sauerkraut as a topping.
They do not pick up the phone... Called 5 times within a 30 minute period and no one answered (collectively 10-12 minutes of hold time)... embarrassed to say that I called that many times for mediocre pizza... but not many options to eat in CR when its early in the week. I really wish this town would open up a few more nice restaurants that stay open past 8pm
Sometimes it just takes 2 hours to get the food, sometimes just an hour. Usually missing one or two small items (sauce, no parm/pepper when added to order). Super inconsistent. Also weirdly twice as far as the closest location but the app sends the orders here. Usually have to call them after placing an order to figure out why it’s been an hour and a half.

The delivery driver was great, just not the associate in the store and the manager.
Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered in my life. Also didn’t make pizzas correct and refused to fix them. Time to order from mom and pop shops for me
