Facility layout somewhat curious but service was polite and accurate.
Update: so they replied... Canned answer. Same reply as the complaints like a year ago. Still same problems. I have gone to Dairy Queens all over the country and this is the first bad review I given to a Dairy Queen location. Good reason.. They really don't care what kind of quality they provide their customers with. Go to a different one that treats its customers right! Skip this one.Employee ok. Stingey for a medium. More like a small. Ice cream was pretty melted...runny. most Dairy Queens do very well but this one... Not great. Gave us the wrong receipt... So we couldn't tell if they had the order right for us or not. Not much ice cream.. Even less topping. Not the best experience we've had at a Dairy Queen.
The last few times we have been to this location the ice cream is really soft and runny! The serving size is smaller compared to other locations?? We will drive to a different location until your quality improves!
Stopped in today to pick up blizzard, 3 employees made eye contact with me, none of them said a word, I stood in line for 5 minutes with no help just employees looking at me... I just left and went to a dairy queen that was more then happy with my business.... If it was me take down that stupid wall your employees hide behind!!! Don't worry I will never be back so no response needed for a business that doesn't care!
It was super busy and they were still very prompt. Everything tasted great!
We quickly receive our order every time we stop here, and the employees are always very nice.The drive through is rough to get through because it is a tight squeeze and the ground is rough.The new Thin Mints Blizzard and Oreo Dirt Pie Blizzard are both really good.
paid almost 5.00 for a very tiny small size.
By far the worst blizzard of my life, and I've been going to dairy queen for years. Johnson Ave has gone way downhill
Went for free cone day. The website advertised all day free small vanilla cone. Waited in line, got to the order screen, and they said its only from 2-4. Verified again on website it says all day. ?♀️ Extra rude since the way their drive thru is setup makes it impossible to leave the line at that point.
They seem to be using a different kind of ice milkStopped there again and they don't have many of their novelty items. They seem to also are very rude.
