Went to Culver's on Boyson & Center Point Rd in Cedar Rapids with an adult daughter & 4 grandchildren. Spent almost $60. My burger was as thin as 2 pieces of card stock together, & burnt to a crisp, to the point it was falling off the edges. Ask for a different one & they said that's how they cook all of them. No replacement or refund. I threw it away. Will NEVER GO BACK & will let everyone we know, know about it. Terrible customer service...
Very disappointed in culvers they use to be good.I went the other day they have one poor kid running the front he was running like crazy .My food was ready in the warmer for a long time before he got the chance to hand it to me .a sherif officer was waiting too finally he told them i got to go he left without even getting a refund .i took my food home it was nasty we just threw it a way i was mad because it was expensive
Culver's ALWAYS gets our order right. There are times well go there two nights in a row just because we dont want to deal with a messed up order! The staff and service are great! Wait time isn't long either.
I went on a Friday night and needed a good and quick eat between my jobs, it was perfect but as someone who has cooked in the past, perfection cannot be rushed, granted I could have chosen somewhere else if I wanted fast, however that first bite made up for everything. If you have the time I would definitely recommend it.
For the first time in years I finally decided to order something other than my usual Wisconsin swiss melt. I have never had a bad experience with Culvers. But today, the fish sandwich I ordered was more reminiscent of a deep fried rancid sponge. Service is always outstanding and the wait time short. Culvers is the gold standard for franchise restaurants. Fish sandwich, not so much. Still 5 stars
Always clean, with the friendly and helpful staff and great tasting food and ice cream that is expected of the best Culver's restaurants around the country. The parking lot is a little hard to navigate, but other than that, it's one of the best burger places around. Fantastic restaurant.
Can never go wrong with some Culver’s. Butter burger, double with all the fixings. Paired with onion rings and cheese curds. YESSIRR!!
Driving through on the way back to Texas and decided to try it out. Super friendly staff and amazing burgers and custard. Very good choice.
Forgot the bbq again guy. Your chicken on your grilled chicken sandwich is noticably smaller every year. Used to be much bigger. Same price less and less sandwich. Why dont you just take it off the menu stop robbing people. Ive gotten the beef pot roast sandwich many times and you always skinny down the beef to the size of a dollar burger at mcdonalds for a 5 dollar sandwich. No value just robbery! I paid or physical meat! Its not a one dollar sandwich its a 5 dollar! The chicken breast is cut in half from what it used to be its a swatch of chicken like a sample of the sandwhich ya paid for. I can see in the meat they cut these things in half now when they come on and its still full price. Done buying any of these products completely.
Love culver's especially there fish sandwich the service is fairly fast never takes too long til we get our food the service is always friendly I recommend Culvers to everyone try the fish sandwich it's amazing
