Tried to order to go and the person on the phone had no idea of their own menu. I will only go here in person. Very frustrating on the phone.
High quality food, service and people. I recommend this to anyone, they have an extensive menu and still take precautions to keep there customers and themselves safe from the lingering pandemic. My family and I appreciate them and there care to there food and I know many others do as well.
Food is delicious, orange chicken with lo mein!! Fast service too!!
Waited over an hour for delivery and paid $29 for them to get my order wrong. Asked for white rice with our hot braised chicken and got shrimp fried rice? The food tasted terrible. I got the chicken with garlic sauce which barely tasted like it had any garlic in it and my chicken felt raw/undercooked, I honestly couldn't tell if the chicken was fried/breaded or grilled.Then when I called to have them correct the situation I either had to wait another hour for them to deliver the corrected order, or a credit to a place I will NEVER eat at again, when all I asked for was a refind. Beyond disappointed.
WOW! Great food! Was in town for a couple of days at a trade show. This place was only a couple miles from my hotel. Decided to try it based on their Google reviews and the fact that it appeared to be a "mom and pop" type place. They turned out to be outstanding for the price. They accommodated a special order and it tasted like REAL Chinese food. Not stuff swimming in grease. I'll be back to Cedar Rapids in the next few months, and I will certainly make this a "go to" stop! Please don't change anything!
I've only enjoyed their offerings a few times in the few years I've lived here. .but it's always been quite good. There aren't a lot of places to choose from around here for this type of food and it's good having a good one in the nearby area. Also. .the employees are very friendly and smiling and that's a big deal these days with what's happened to our country. .
We have been ordering food from these people for over 20 years. Even when they had their location in Hiawatha years ago.The food is always amazing and they are very good people!

I have been ordering from China King for years and they always have delicious food.
Excellent food overall. However, the fried fantail shrimp appetizers were a bit disappointing. They were a bit overcooked and mostly breading.
