Great food! Great service! I had the ribs and chicken strips, mashed potatoes, with cole slaw. Delicious!
NORMALLY we had good experiences here. My friends ordered coconut shrimp as an appetizer, was told it would be right out. Management came up to us and told us they were out. Lack of communication I'm guessing. Today, had to wait for an HOUR to get our food, food was cold for my friends, and the kitchen screwed up my husband's order, and my daughter's order. On a positive note, our waitress was nice This place has definitely changed since I've been here last. Sad.
We love coming to Cheddars for family get-togethers. The food is always delicious! Most of my siblings had the Samon, my husband had the chicken fried steak(which was huge) and I had the glazed pecan salad...loved it.They always make us feel welcomed to stay as long as we want.Prices were a nice surprise too! Most every where has raised the price, we paid around the same price as always....very affordable!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the drink menu. Complimentary croissant is always a bonus! The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant was clean.It was a little bit of a wait for our meal. But I don't mind waiting when the food is fresh.
Went here for lunch with my son , we waited 10 mins before we were greeted We were seated right next to the host stand with numerous people walking by including the Manager . Ordered , got our food and never saw the server again until it was check time. I haven't gone in here for over a year for that reason and probably won't be back. The food wasn't that good at all I only ate a quarter of my cheeseburger not the same anymore.
The food is always good and usually have great food servers. The person we had didn't seem motivated. I had to ask for a refill of water even after I set my empty glass on the edge of the table as he walked by. I had to stop him the next time. I asked about the bill and was told I could pay on the machines or ask him for the bill. That's what I was doing.. Asking for my bill and he walked away. Felt we received minimal service and the restaurant was pretty empty. Not a typical visit for sure.
Promptly seated and served. Food arrives HOT and exactly as anticipated.Comfortable atmosphere and very friendly staff. Attentive waiter and another meal to take home (leftovers) ??
Call ahead seating for table of 6 accommodated immediately upon entry. Great attentive server. Brought everything out as requested. Refills handled promptly. Carryout additions handled efficiently. Grilled shrimp Alfredo subbed out pasta for broccoli.Alfredo is on the thin but it was still delicious and quite filling, so I can't complain
Luke was our waiter excellent service very attentive and helpful. First time eating there food was delicious. Definitely be coming back to try other things on menu. Had salmon and hubby had a wrap. The honey butter drizzle over croissant yummy. Hostess's seating us very friendly
Had not been to Cheddar's since pandemic. Disappointed they no longer have onion rings. But the croissants were great. I had the chicken fried chicken with real mashed potatoes. It was good. We had very wonderful service!
