Tasty tacos!! A combination of spicy with fresh EVERYTHING!! Fast service and excellent presentation. The staff was incredibly attentive and certainly Iowa nice!! Mikah was an amazing young lady as our server! Dick Wicked Approved!!
I was at Caucho tonight for a wedding reception. The food was great (especially the guac and the churros!) but what was even better was the service. I’ve never been to any restaurant with such attentive yet unobtrusive waitstaff. Great job on the food and the atmosphere- it was a wonderful night!
We came to Cedar Rapids after visiting Austin, Texas, earlier this month, and the Mexican food we got here at Caucho was far superior to what we had at a premiere Austin Mexican food eatery!!! ? Everything was absolutely perfect — from the salsas to the fresh in-house tortillas to the mole sauce (always the best test of a Mexican restaurant). And the service was friendly and efficient!
Honestly, I'm usually pretty good about taking photos of the dish I order, but this time was different. My eyes made contact with the enchiladas and queso fundido, and I just lost it. I devoured both delicious dishes (with my partner) before I could remember to take a photo. What I'm getting at is this place has FANTASTIC food, and looks absolutely beautiful. Highly highly recommend stopping by here for a drink and bite to eat!

Visited CR with my brother and sis-in-law early December. I was thrilled to see the menu, and the MCM vibe was exactly my jam. I didn't eat a lot of food, but was impressed by the menu, the service and the salsa was exceptional, and my brother is a foodie and loves it here. I will definitely be back. Well done!
Had a bowl of the pozole, absolutely fabulous! Fresh and flavorful - not enough words and wish I’d have taken a photo. Tip - if you like some heat add a bit of the death sauce (hot sauce)…the stuff is incredible! Accompanied by a spicy house marg with smoked paprika salt rim and followed up by churros and chocolate - perfect meal! Thanks Caucho! Now - can I buy that hot sauce somehow?!
Went with a group, tried almost everything, all delicious. Salsas were not spicy but did have great flavor. Definitely get the house margarita!
