Oh Boy!!! Talk about a sub sandwich joint!! I have had the pleasure of enjoying this shop multiple times and have tried a different soon everytime. Delicious!!!
I spent $56 for 3 sandwiches. They barely had any ingredients on them, they were very poorly made. Was not worth the money. Very disappointed. They have nice enticing pictures of their sandwiches advertised it will look the total opposite when you get it.
Poorest customer service I've seen in a while. To summarize, when I got to the front counter the cashier didn't acknowledge my presence and didn't ask how he could help? Finally I told him that I had an online order. He asked what kind of barbecue chips I wanted? I responded with 'whatkinds are there'? He didn't answer the question and instead walked to the back of the store. Then a guy came in (who myself and another customer ended up finding out was his brother) returning a wallet that this same cashier guy had forgotten.After this he came up to the front with an order, "did you order from GrubHub?" I said "No." He leaves the same order on desk. While waiting around for my order that should have already been made since they were staffed with 4 people and it was after the time frame that the online estimate gave, the same cashier asked if I needed anything? I said 'I'm waiting for my order to be made.' To which he responded that he already told me that the order he brought from the back of the store to the front desk was mine. Sure enough the receipt on the front said it was mine. But he didn't mention the name on the reciept, so how I supposed to know it in fact was mine?The sandwich is fine. But I wouldn't come back here anytime soon. *Please get your s**t together.
Soft bread. My favorites are the Turkey with Cole Slaw & Slaw Be Joe with wagu. Delicious, filling & worth the money.
Literally the BEST sandwich I've ever had. I got the Wagyu beef cheese steak sandwich with hot peppers and I will be returning for more!!!
Always quick, friendly service. Sandwiches made fresh as ordered. Always yummy! My favorite place to eat.
Waited 45 min for 3 sandwiches. Watched 10-15 people get there food after ordering after me just to find out that my order was sitting back behind the counter. Got home to cold food, so not worth the money or time. Service has really gone down hill for them.
I LIVE IN CEDAR RAPIDS. IM FROM PHILLY. WHEN I MOVED HERE IN 2021 CAPPYS HAD THE BEST CHEESE STEAK (JUST LIKE THE CAPPYS IN DELAWARE. I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN A YEAR OR 2 BECAUSE THEY STARTED TO GO DOWN HILL WHEN THE CHANGED THE ROLL. (ITS WHAT MAKES THE SANDWHICH PEOPLE!) WELL I WENT BACK YESTERDAY. .....THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHEESE STEAK I EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE.ITS TIME FOR CAPPYS TO LOCK THE DOORS
THE FOOD IS GREAT. Yes it's more expensive than subway but taste great n well worth it
