Great service during a busy Father’s Day afternoon. Both our server,Taylor, and staff seating us were friendly and let us know the kitchen was a little behind due to the large lunch crowd. Staff were attentive and seemed to be communicating well with each other. We were provided quick refills on drinks, and our appetizer came out right away. We waited a little longer than usual for our meal but it was great as always. Great service and great meal with friendly staff!
They have a bunch of sports Tv's we're here watching the NBA finals the Celtics and the Warriors We got a long big table reserved we got an outdoor section that you could sit in just a really good sports bar-and-grill and it's got really good hot wings At a good price tonight was Buy 15 wings get 15 free great staff
I ordered food from here last night and i usually love it but when i was ordering it didn’t allow me to put notes in my order to put my fries in a separate box so they were soggy and i was told it would be done at 8:50 and didn’t receive a text, call, or email that my food was done so i went at 8:50. I got there around 9 and picked up my food and found it out it had been done at 8:30 and sat for 30 minutes without me knowing it was even ready. fries were cold and soggy and wings weren’t fresh. disappointed:(
HORRIBLY MANAGED! Every single time we order everything about the order is WRONG! How hard is it to not sauce the wings when the order clearly reads "Sauce on the side". Where's the quality control!?If this happens a couple times it's no big deal, it literally happens EVERY TIME! Just ordered tonight and all the wings are sauced again! Called 5+ times to get the order fixed and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE.... This is a complete lack of professionalism in the management at this particular location...
My family and I dined there on Thursday May 26th. We had a large party of about 20 people. It was after my son’s graduation. David and the staff were outstanding. The food and service was great. They’re back in my list your of favorites places.
Continue to have awful experiences with this location. The food is cold, not enough sauce, and it takes a long time to get the food. No matter if we go in or order online it is still awful and takes a to really long time. I recommend finding a different restaurant if you're wanting a good meal.
Honestly: It was just okay. The staff was friendly and the wings were alright. That being said, prices are a high for what you get. The nachos are soggy and not that good. I added brisket and guac to the nachos, and while the guac was good, the brisket was dry and gross. At least they are open when everywhere else is normally closed.
If you’re ordering take out, make sure to order it at least 30 minutes before you want it, because it won’t be ready when you get there at the time you scheduled to pick it up. They’ll tell you “it’s almost ready”, then 20 minutes later, it’s not. Service sucks at both locations in town. Maybe if management paid their employees with a fair wage, they’d build a better work ethic!
Worst BWW in CR and possibly ever. Very slow service, even when not busy. Food wait is an hour or two minimum. Even with new staffing, I still regret going to this location every time. Still waiting on silverware, my side of sauce, and a drink refill. We had to ask multiple times for the same item(s) and still dont have them. Napkins? What are those?? I should have listened to the unpleasant hostess who tried to deter us from eating there to begin with... First time a hostess has tried to tell us NOT to eat somewhere that wasnt really busy. Next time I will listen or just go to the Blairsferry location from the start.
So my husband and I told ourselves never again would we go back to Buffalo Wild Wings. My coworker suggested going even after I told her about our experience there from bartender Dottie every time we have gone in she completely ignored us we have to ask her for everything. But we decided to go in again and we sat at the bar as usual but it wasn’t Dottie this time the bartender is Miss Tara she is so fast doesn’t even need to write anything down and literally listen to all my needs. I recommend you to go when she is working I watched her go into the kitchen an help them cook. I want Miss Tara to know we appreciate her service very much
