Lilian gave us a truly unforgettable experience. It was my coworkers and I first time in Cedar Rapids and we stumbled upon Bari. The place is absolutely gorgeous and we were so lucky to have Lilian as our server. She explained the offerings and made us feel welcomed. Her hospitality was unmatched. We order wine and small bites and had the best lemon blueberry cheesecake. If you’re ever in the area please visit. You won’t be disappointed!

I had the Surf and Turf this time around. The filet was tough and chewy at medium rare, and lacked even a tiny amount of seasoning. the brussels were good, but the potatoes were overdone. The drinks and service were great as usual, but we were turned off by the food for the most part this time around. For this price point we expect much better.

Amazing food, drinks, service, and atmosphere! A gem to have in CR!

Made reservations here for our anniversary. Got seated ahead of our scheduled time and Tony took great care of us! The food was definitely authentic Italian and the portions were good sized!

We were overall pleased with Bari. Disappointed three entrees were not available and two were ones we wanted to order. Our waitress was pleasant but flippant with her comments which could be off putting at times. Drinks were all excellent. I did mention it was a birthday dinner but no one acknowledged it so not sure why they ask if it’s a special occasion when you reserve? We will try them again some day.

Awesome wine for Happy Hour. The lasagna was absolutely delicious. Service great. Ambiance great.

Amazing as usual! Our favorite restaurant in town!

We had a good time at Bari last weekend. Our server, Briana, was very friendly and attentive, she recommended a drink special, a gin cocktail. We don't usually order gin cocktails, but tried the special drink which was very good and with very pretty colors. We ordered the arancini (crispy and tasty), lasagna(never fail dish), and barracuda (perfect crispy skin). All were great.

The Mount Vernon bread appetizer was burnt and too crisp. The Crispy Broccoli side dish was too burn/crispy.

We have had very good meals at Bari in the past, but I feel the food quality has definitely changed. Menu is smaller, food is not as good, out of two entrees. Feels like they are cutting corners and losing quality.
