Wife ordered Family deal with turkey and pork with corn and baked beans. Also half rack of ribs with Mac and cheese and fries. Very disappointed with service Saturday may 28th 2022. The Mac and cheese was way over cooked. Ribs were dry. Spent over $90 on food no one enjoyed. We usually love food from here however when we called to inform them after picking order up they were Rude and hung up twice. If they aren't willing to make things right and want to be rude then we will find a new place for weekend dinners.
It was horrible, the most rude staff I have ever seen. The gal with the tats on her face was very rude then the supposed server who brought our food couldn’t even say thanks. Just threw it on the counter and walked away. I will never be back and willing be telling my friends who go there to go to Q dogs. Much better barbecue anyway. At least there they don’t have a supposed cook walking around with a pic in his hair. Very unprofessional
Had ribs, chicken, and brisket with fried green beans and garlic bread. Everything was excellent. I didn't order ahead but received prompt and courteous service and my to-go order was ready quickly and well packaged for the trip home. Ribs were done well, coming off the bone easily, the chicken was moist and flavorful, and the brisket was juicy and very tender. Great service, good food, and a fair price.
Musta been an off night. The best part of our meal was the garlic bread. Meat was dry, green beans were over salted, nachos were overcooked, service was slow. Last night there were like 5 tables at 6:30. I was hoping for better.

The food was average except for the burnt ends which were terrible. The burnt ends and brisket cost more in the platter. The burnt ends were very overcooked but meaty. The brisket was decent and the ribs were ok. It's a fast food bbq joint. The coleslaw and potato salad was good along with the garlic bread. My server was excellent and very nice. I would not probably go back here unless it was the only open place. It's passable and ok but nothing great or spectacular about it.
We stop in from time to time. The food is decent, about four stars decent. The service is iffy. We have had good service in the past. What we got last night was one star service, at best.So, we both had ribs and various sides and it was all good. The server was friendly enough, just not very attention-oriented. My wife was out of her beverage halfway through the meal and was not offered another or a refill. The server asked, probably, three times if we wanted take home boxes. The first was just minutes into our meal. Even though we told her no, she kept coming back to ask again. Not necessarily bad customer service, more weird and amusing, but an example of how she didn't seem to have her mind on the job.She brought the bill before we were finished and said, "No rush" and walked off. She didn't bother to ask if we wanted dessert or, again, refills. She passed by roughly five times without stopping, saying, "I'll pick that up in a minute" while pointing at the bill. We were still eating the first time she did this and, no, we hadn't put a card or money into it yet. The second or third time we tried to ask for a menu as we wanted dessert, but she was in too great a rush to stop and listen.So, I pulled up the dessert menu on my phone and we found something. The server stopped and grabbed the bill and I said, "We haven't paid yet. We have been waiting to order dessert" and told her we both wanted the Caramel Apple Granny. This was the only part of the meal I didn't enjoy much. It tasted all right, but it comes frozen so solid it's difficult to eat. I thought I saw her put them into a microwave, but they came to us frozen. Maybe she didn't actually turn the microwave on?I don't generally mention other customers when I review a restaurant, but I will this time. A table behind me had the same server and one of the ladies at the table had to get up and go to the kitchen to flag her down, as she wasn't paying much attention to them, either. The table next to us was out of drinks and they had to get her attention to ask for refills. At another table, from what I could hear, a woman did not get the burnt ends she ordered and everyone was already eating their food by the time the server told her they were out of burnt ends. Maybe tell her that when she's ordering?
Not great, but good. The BBQ chicken was dry, but the turkey was good. The green beans were decent. The lemon vinaigrette dressing was tasty.
Been there a number of times and never been disappointed with the food or the service. Love the smoked wings
Excellent service. Food was fantastic. Big bang for the buck. Best BBQ around.
