The waitress we had was awesome. There were a few mess ups on our orders but they fixed them without attitude.. The wonderful waitress was so sorry about our orders getting messed up. I told her I was so happy with her service that she was awesome through it all... The food was really good once the cook got it right.
the food and service here are certainly applebee's quality. it's not good, but it's never bad enough to be disappointing. the weirdest part about this applebee's is that they've renovated it and replaced the kitschy decor with beige and white walls. absolutely no vibes in this applebee's. it's like eating your microwaved oriental chicken salad in a doctor's office that constantly plays alternative rock hits of the 1990s. i'm kind of impressed by how weird it is.
I usually eat the Steak, this time I had I had their Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. It was absolutely delicious, the kids got Quesadilla and Nuggets and of course my husband had a Sirloin we left with two little boxes of food to take home as well as full bellies.. As we always do.
Always a great experience even when they are busy. Visit today was even better than normal, speedy service and a very nice server. Highly recommend The Fiesta Lime Chicken but many great options on the menu that won't break the bank.
We took my 9 year old daughter there for lunch 6/22/22 she ordered the kids macaroni and cheese and some yogurt. First when the food arrived it was slammed down on the table by someone who was not our server, she put tue food down and walked away. My daughter picked up her macaroni bowl to bring it closer to her and instantly started crying. The bowl had burned her fingers. I touched the bowl and it was hot, not a little bit hot but hot like it had been in an oven. Her two fingers were bright red and swollen. The waitress was informed as to what happened, apologized and then a manager came out and apologized stating that it wasn't supposed to happen and she would let the cook know. We boxed up her macaroni 15-20 min after this and the bowl was still hot to the touch. A kids meal should not come out like this, especially with no warning like "be careful, it's hot" Was an awful experience for us, will not he back anytime soon
The service was wonderful. Waitress was very fast and polite. Food not so great. Haven't been to an applebees for a year and the quality of their food has declined alot. My husband chicken was like rubber and no favor. Salads were terrible nothing but the end pieces. Could have gone to another place for same cost with quality food. We will not be going back to an Applebee's.

I went and got a margarita with a 12oz ribeye. It was absolutely perfect! I sincerely enjoyed the experience.
A liitle after 6 PM. It was not busy at all. We were seated and never talked to again. The staff stood around behind the bar chatting and having fun while we sat and waited for our order to be taken. We finally got asked if we had been seen as we were walking out the door. Horrible service! Will not be back.
