Last three trips were terrible. The trip today was by far the worst. Ordered a hamburger with only ketsup and got hamburger with pickles that my 6 year old won't eat. To top it off the manager was behind the person taking the money and said I was door dash so I said no and she yelled what the F.... Now my 6 year old is saying it on the way home. Way to be classy. Worst place every.
Ordered a son of bacon and got a double bacon staff does not pay attention . Wouldn't go back.
I’ll give this place the benefit of the doubt because I worked there, they really do have some hard working people but they really are just some unfriendly faces. Nobody ever looks or acts like they want to be there so customer service is always iffy.
Drive through was 15 minutes plus. Then an extra 5 plus minutes to pull ahead and wait for a frosty! Not really fast food
Food was good, building needs desperate repairs and order screen broken. Staff was good, time from order to delivery less than 4 minutes
Their salad prices are incorrect. When I told the manager, they refused to charge me the posted price. We drove off and realized they forgot my son's chocolate milk so we pulled back through the drive through and PAID for the chocolate milk. Just, wow. Bad customer service.

They told us they were short staffed and wouldn't take any orders less than $15? We had a large enough order but the only other car to show up while we were there was turned away.
Just went through there drive through and they said that they couldn't serve because no staff was working. When I pulled around the building there were three staff members just sitting there on there phone! So are they just sitting there to get paid to to nothing? I use to work fast food and we could run it fine with three people! If I could give you guys a 0 I would! Just plain sad!
I placed an online order a week ago that sat in limbo because the store closed early despite having staff inside according the several of the drivers that accepted my order and arrived at the store. With no way to cancel the order, instead of eating I spent an hour and a half trying to find a way to contact someone to get the order cancelled to no avail. The only response I've received is a poorly written one from a Field Training Manager in Dubuque stating that my concerns were forwarded to this store's GM to resolve. After no further communication, I think it's safe to say this store doesn't actually care. I know the business of one customer won't impact this store, which is why my friends, family, neighbors and myself have all agreed to not eat at this store anymore. If I really want Wendy's I'll make the trip to Waterloo instead.
