Service was great. We've been here a few times, and it is usually good. Sadly tonight that wasnt the case. Last time we ordered the rack of ribs and they were tender, juicy and flavorful. We ordered them again today based on that and all you could taste was char, and they were dry and chewy. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. On the drive home two others in our party also commented that their steaks were dry and overcooked. We don't plan to return.

I enjoyed eating at Texas Roadhouse, but when it came time to pay I had a coupon that I picked up at the hotel I was at that said 8 Oz Sirloin with two sides for $8.99 on Wednesdays, well when it came time to pay the manager would not accept it. I was very surprised, as any place I have had a coupon for a special it has always been honored. This coupon was recent and did not have any expiration date. Wednesday's they have 8 Oz sirloin special. Well guess what not anymore. I would have given this place a much higher ranking before this fiasco at check-out. I wound up paying about $38 for my meal with a tip. I still left the waitress a tip as it was not her fault. What I want to explain is I was not going in to mooch off the place, a few dollars off the bill would have kept the customer happy and coming back. Sorry to say not anymore.
I came here for medium(hot pink center) steak and had to send it back twice. The first time It was completely grey and over cooked so i sent it back. Took about 20 minutes for them to bring me back a raw steak it was practically mooing it was so raw so of course it had to be sent back again. At this point everybody else has finished eating and we had been at this restaurant for at least 40 minutes trying to get the correct steak so i just decided to pass on it. They gave me a coupon to use if I ever decide to give them another try. Definitely not going back to this location for sure because how can you not cook steak? Use a thermometer if you’re not sure if I wanted mystery temp steak I would’ve cooked at home. Not to mention the sides were not very good but I was hungry and clearly wasn’t gonna be getting any protein any time soon. My potatoes were actual liquid
Waitress barely checked on us. We had to wait for rolls, we waited 20 min and had to stop her to take our order, waited almost an hour to get our food. Which we ended up taking it to go. We watched other customers get seated, and food brought out way before ours was even done. And their waiter actually took care of them.
Ordered the Texas size combo. Ribs and steak. The steak was raw. They put it back on the grill and then it came out like rubber. I never ate it all. They still charged me full price for their mistake. We eat here often but after that, I think we will avoid this place for awhile. Bread and ribs were good. Too bad I didn't get to enjoy my steak. ?
Good food and fast service. We were seated at 5 o'clock, enjoyed our meal and left at 5:40. The only critique I have is that the Coconut Lime Margarita was very, very weak.
Ordered the 8oz tenderloin medium-rare and had to send it back due to it still having a pulse! They grilled up a new one and I just simply didn't care for the taste, although it was cooked properly to medium-rare the second time around. Poor quality beef I presume. The meal came with two sides and I chose the Cesar salad and baked potato. I never cut into my potato, but their Cesar salad was excellent! Service was good and warranted just above the 20% mark. If I were to ever go there again, I would more than likely try the Cesar salad with chicken as a main dish.
