I wish the Waterloo location would open back up. This location only has half of the menu it should and they don't carry boom boom sauce anymore. The pitas seem to be about half the size the Waterloo location had as well. I guess it'll do since it's the only location around anymore. The staff seems depressed to be working there and aren't very friendly
Staff was a bit rude and refused to add an item to the grill that I requested (this had been done many times previously). The manager brushed me off and wouldn't even explain why this couldn't be done.

The food was fantastic! Since it was our first time there we were a little bit confused and it wasn't explained very well but once we got our meal we were very happy with it.
Food was good and fresh tasting, dining area clean. My goto every time is the Dagwood pita. Yum!!
I went in to get lunch and the young girl that was working had her gloves on getting ready to get the pita ready for the lady in front of me and she has braces and stuck her finger in her mouth to fix her brace bands and then touched the ladies food, when it was my turn I made her change her gloves. Will never go back to that location and how unsanitary it is. Who knows what else they do and touch when preparing food.
