Outstanding service!! The other night I placed an order, I made a mistake and ordered carryout for the waterloo location, I meant it to be at the Cedar Falls location. When I arrived, first of all I was greeted so kindly and prompt, then after realizing what I did, the gentleman working the counter fixed my error and my order was ready in 10 minutes. I observed the employees as I waited and everyone there was continously busy and willing to help out each other. Great job to all of you working on 5-30-22 evening shift

I use to really like Papa Johns. I guess it's still ok a little better than Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut I suppose. I like pizza but seems like many of these fast food type pizza places are all mediocre at best and for the same price you could get a tastier za. Oh, well maybe I'm just getting old and i want something more than a pizza that fills ya up.
Pretty good although they are pretty cheap with the sauces, I remember they use to give free pizza sauce cheese dipping sauce plus garlic butter with the bread sticks, now they ask you to pick one and their, that's just nonsense.The same trip they also charged me for some of their spice packets which is just something I don't really expect from a company as big as Papa John's.
We ordered a pizza this afternoon that was delivered by Cory. Dude is a legend! He was fast,friendly, and professional! If my next pizza isn't delivered by him.....I don't want it! #givethatmanapromotion
Horrible pizza. Prefab crust. A frozen pizza would of been far better! Won't be back.
Love everything on the menu. People are friendly and always look like they are having fun while working. Only complaint keeping from 5 stars is 80% of the time they forget the extra garlic's or the pop.
My pizza was so good! It came super quick, great quality. And my delivery driver was so nice!!
You just better off getting take out from the waterloo store food is always to small and under cooked try to get it fixed and the young skinny Karen will argue till she is blue in her face. I love pappa johns pizza and the waterloo store is closer to me anyways.
