6p on a Sunday evening, 6 employees goofing around instead of making sure there was available food. I had one rice to choose from, the melted cheese was scorched, no fajita veggies available, the scraps in the pan were burnt to it so i had to wait for them to warm some, literally was just warmed up, still raw when added to my order. Guacamole was browning. I paid $12 so as not to be a "Karen". Now I'm kicking myself. It was trash. Never going to that location again.

What exactly is this Pancheros? This is the soggiest most sad looking taco I’ve ever seen. Coming from your burritos, this is extremely disappointing to pay that much for soggy tacos
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was a horrible experience. The employees were rude. I asked if they had vegetables and they said they were out. They said it would be 3 minutes to make more. I said "yes" the employees were visible upset that I asked them to cook more vegetables. The employees didn't have company shirts, rather they had their own high school shirts with holes in them. One guy had on an ACDC shirt. Totally unprofessional! I am from out of town but I come to cedar falls once a year for wrestling. I will not come back.
AMAZING staff and food. The staff are so kind and are always putting a smile on my face! Not over priced either. 10/10 recommend this!!
Sad this place used to be our favorite, but it has fallen apart. Not one clean table, no veggies available, no ice for pop. 6 people working but no one to clean din8ng area.
Rude staff crap service Employee started yelling at us when we questioned their service. I am never going back to this place. Ever. You people need to learn some basic people skills
ABSOLUTELY FILTHY PLACE. NOT A SINGKE TABLE CLEAN. CUTTING BOARDS COVERED IN FILTH. PANS LOOK WEEKS OLD. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. NOT TO MENTION 4 line cooks took 25 minutes to finally turn around and make me a burrito.
The employees are very rude to customers. They were talking about me as I was still in the store because I only wanted their appetizer (Chips and queso). They need to be taught respect and how to treat their customers correctly.
This is rough, I normally love Pancheros. Our order was cold and ingredients weren't available. Flavoring on what was included was 'meh'
