We went there tonight got seated in the lower level to the right of the bar (when you walk in). There were 5 other tables full, but not by any means swamped. We sat there for 20 minutes (at least) with not even an acknowledgement from either of the waitresses that were running the section. Not even a “I’m sorry-we will be with you shortly.” I know the world is short staffed right now, but when 2 different waitresses don’t even acknowledge customers sitting at a table with men

They just don't care. Lousy video, lousy service, decent food.
It is official. Tried this pizza after waiting a long while due to poor experience, but now we know it is consistently not worth the money. Always soggy, cheese hardly melted even when we order well done hoping the cheese will be even slightly brown. We have to put it in the oven when we get it home which is ridiculous when you spend this kind of money. So officially done for good. Sad.

We ordered what was supposed to be a "giant" grilled tenderloin. In Iowa that usually means a tenderloin about twice as big as the bun. In this case, it was smaller than the bun. It was also inedible. It was dried out and awful. Into the garbage it went. This was part of a takeout order on a Friday. I was told not to come for 40 minutes or so. The place was chaos. When I finally got someone's attention and paid for my order, I was not told whether it was ready. It took another half hour. I did not bring in a mask, which I regretted. The ruben sandwich and artichoke dip were okay. Do not go here when it is busy. They seemed to have plenty of staff.
Was very disappointed. Heard so many good things and was completely let down. The wings were not completely done, the shrimp Alfredo had no taste and 6 shrimps, the garlic bread was just toast not garlic. I could go on. Such a waste of our money.
The service here was very very poor and the food wasn’t far behind. We had to get up and ask for drink refills two times while our server played on her phone. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no green peppers. She came back later and asked what kind of meat I wanted. I told her chicken again. When my quesadilla came it had green peppers on it. I told her I said no peppers. She walked away with my plate and came right back saying they weren’t green peppers, they were green onions. I tasted one and told her it was green peppers and asked to order something else. I ordered a burger and fries at that point. I waited 20-25 minutes for that meal and it came out burned on the edges. Others in my group had cold meat in their taco salads and the pizza lacked flavor. The Texas toast was served piping cold as well. I would not recommend this place at all and will not be back.
