I haven't cared for them for almost 6 months. It used to be my favorite place. Apparently they changed cooks or something because now they smash their hamburgers like a pancake and pour a ton of salt on it. Same with their fries. The last two times I've gone there the hamburger tasted slightly tainted. The buns are dry half the time. Pretty discouraging since they shot their prices up.
Main reason for only 3 stars not 4 is how long I had to stand there waiting for someone to help me. Which annoyed me even more when they brought up orders for 2 others. Seems anymore you get better service by using mobile order/pay or at least the kiosk. Which is unfortunate for those of us who don't like to use those options. Ketchup cups were almost empty. And even though it was good, I got the cold drink instead of the hot one I ordered. Didn't say anything about it then though bcuz I knew I was on a limited time that day. To add a positive, besides the ketchup dispenser the drink area looked reasonably good

Very poor service went through drive through to obviously grab some food. Go to order they then proceed to tell us it’s closed after they already asked to take our order, we then obviously leave but I call to speak to the manager their at the time and instead of doing anything about it he just says they “are” currently open at the time. The website says closes at 12:00AM. Nothing like driving to a different McDonald’s because another McDonald’s staff is goofing off or pulling pranks or simply can’t do their jobs. It was 9:00pm when we ordered, there was two cars in the drive, absolutely no reasoning for this.
It aggravates me to no end when they don't fill the fries up past the top of the box. I quit going to McDonald's because of it. Unfortunately, I was desperate this time...no more fry orders for here!
Food was good, order was correct, dude working the lobby was helpful... but the loud fighting in the kitchen we can do without (currently leaving your location because of the ongoing drama)
Workers were rude, talked about me behind my back, stared at my sibling and preceded to get someone else to help after 5 minutes, food looks unconsumable. NEVER COMING AGAIN!!! Ong Gordon Ramsey wouldn’t approve.
There's no such thing as a please or thank you at this McDonald's and they want to make $15 per hour.
Just tried to order breakfast just after 6 am. The speaker greeted me three times and very rudely the last time while i was already starting to order.. thinking after the second greeting i was fine to order. The manager was super rude as well as the other person taking my order. Asked to see my order and they snapped at me saying it was on the screen, when it wasn't. I tried to politely ask again and then ask if they could read it to me. They said it so rudely and fast I couldn't even understand them. I ordered a decent amount of food but drove off because I was afraid of what they could possibly do to my food with that kind of attitude you never know.
I won't go at night .. worst service..
