the last 2 times have been horrible. i order off the app. the last time they gave my order to the wrong car and never came out to explain what was taken so long tell 45 minutes later when i went in and ask where my order was. this time i ordered on the app again get there get my food in a decent time to get home and relize they only gave me half the order when i called to complain got attitude and hung up on so probably will never go to this location again
Have only had decent luck with my customized order (yes, I'm picky, but it's a free country still) and most of the time it's right. Sometimes they mess it up horrendously, which is über frustrating.
Wait was long. Food cold fries soft. Shake tasted like lime. Yuvk
Worst service I've had at a McDonald's! They gave me the wrong sandwich AND the wrong drink. And when I took the drink up the young lady who "helped" me literally argued with me about what I had ordered! We also had to wait for quite a bit for our order in the 1st place. The 2 orders after ours even got theirs 1st. I'll definitely be avoiding this location in the future!
In the middle of taking my order, the employee went silent for a full minute. Waited 5 minutes to pay and was beginning to wonder if something was wrong inside. Fries were not completely cooked and had more black spots than seemed normal. Vanilla shake was brownish and tasted off. I could excuse one of these things, but not all. Not any one person's fault, just likely understaffed and poorly managed. As a customer, it was a very sketchy visit for a company that made several billion dollars last year.
Always great Customer service and warm food, worth the wait, tho mccafe machine has been down the last like 3 days ive been there

Here is the fish sandwich I got today. Unacceptable!! Not to mention my husbands quarter pounder was completely inedible!!
First charged $.49 for mayo to add on a sandwich, didn't have just plain to go mustard packs, then a beeper kept going off and it took them a long time to get it. Then when we were sitting there a semi pulled up and it was their truck. The manager told me and another lady who was sitting there eating that we had to move our cars for this semi. I thought that was very very rude when we were leaving someone else was going to park there and they were told to move!! I think they could have waited for us to eat first instead of hurrying us or making us move.
Food was great,service was a little slow. Probably due to the way the management was talking to the staff.
