Keep hiring Waterloo trash. Called us Nigg*r for ordering a mchicken like why? Are all your employees drunk or something??? Didn’t come to McDonald’s for a threat. Some fat chick even tried to spit on us like wtf?
Had a mobile order, they had me skip 1st window because I didn't need my receipt, so my card didn't get ran and I got charged full price instead of the deal on my app.
Terrible customer service- terrible is really the only word I can use to describe how awful the woman *trying* to take our order was. I say trying loosely because she never greeted us so when we asked if they were open she yelled at us and told us to leave! Lol we chose not to spend our money here and came to the university ave one where the line was around the building since clearly we were the last people to learn this lesson the hard way. If you had the time to read this review, you have time to leave this McDonald’s and go to literally any other one in town and receive better customer service and better food!
love this place only down side when I pulled up to window they read off a different order and took a few mins to find my order otherwise great and fast

Would give 0 stars if I could. Pulled up to the drivethru, no response for 10 minutes. Pulled forward to the window, still no response. Someone even walked by from behind the counter and just completely ignored me. Don’t go here.

Fast service and received all of what I ordered. Still getting cold fries and my sandwich was made sloppy. Cheese not centered and wasn't even placed on bun correctly. Was not satisfied with the quality of work performed by the over all team preparing my meal.
I don't mind McDonalds from time to time. Usually last option when i'm in a hurry. It's more like filler than food as I'll get a burger and fries sometime because I just need a little something to get me to the real meal in a few hours. This location is above average at least on this visit. Friendly, clean and prompt. They do ask that you wear a mask as a courtesy to others which I have no issue with. As with everything else in this country prices are going up. When I was looking at my receipt I noticed my small fries cost .60 more than my hamburger. That right there says a lot.
