This place isnt even open, kfc is attached and is what is being served.
Super slow, messed up order. However, food was still yummy.
The battered dip fish was dark therefore the oil it was cooked in was old and need to be changed out. The fish made me sivk to my stomach. The drive thru was too sliw. Someone ahead of me left w;o their order.
I wish they would make 0 stars an option, because that is what I would give this location. I dont even know what to say, but NOTHING was good about my visit here. Dont waste your time or money, just go somewhere else. Owner of this location, you just need to fire everybody and get you a whole new crew running your business.
The staff was horrible and we had to wait for 30min for food to just get a refund because it took so long. Because the chicken place had no chicken ready. They said they haven’t had long John silvers in awhile, take down the sign then.
Arrived at the restaurant to find out they were closed. I asked why they would be closed at noon and after a second asking I was told they ran out of batter. Cashier was rude and we left!
Went to the Cedar Falls location and at 630 was told they were not serving “Silvers”. I asked what time they close and the lady rudely yelled back at me a time that was after 630pm. I can’t believe that half the menu vanishes whenever someone feels like it. Went back on 8/22 around 650pm and ordered the family platter only to be told that hush puppies weren’t available. Got up to the window and the lady there I believe named Anesha couldn’t have been more rude if she tried. I tried to get an explanation as to the hush puppies and she rolled her eyes when I was speaking and wouldn’t even look at me. I do not recommend this place even if you’re starving to death.
Have a better attitude when answering the phone
Sat they closed at 8 even though it says open til 10. They close whenever they feel like it as this is the 3x different day that they quit serving long johns when ever. Sick of wasting a trip for nothing.
I stopped tonight about 815p.got home wasn't what ordered and it was cold as ice.Worse meal I have had in along while.Will be my last time eating there and it use to be my favorite.
