They had no chicken: how can a chicken restaurant run out of chicken??? No apology. Plenty of attitude. Completely lost my business!!!
I have never ever had such bad food!!!It was horrible!! The ony thing that was edible was the hush puppys!I will never go back to that restaurant!
I kno u guys are short staffed. I think that u guys shouldn't have ppl waiting in line for 30 mins. I think should send people around to the front to revive there meal if u have a line that had been waiting.
My chicken was was old and hard mashed potatoes and gravy was upside down and my half gallon drink was wrong.Not happy at all
My order placed online was ready an hour and 15 minutes after it should have been. When I got my order of buckets of chicken there was only dark meat chicken. When I asked the employee what she could do about my wait time and my order not being properly filled she said nothing.
Drive through order, 8 piece family fill up original recipe. Not asked what sides I wanted. Five minute drive home, everything cold. Bucket full of Extra Crispy & ALL DARK MEAT!!! Potatoes a weird texture.I asked at window if this is original recipe and was told yes.Horrible experience.
Horrible service. I’ve never been at KFC before and thought it sounded good for supper. Pulled into the parking lot and there was signs to come in the lobby. I got out of the car and an employee told me to get back in the car and go to the drive thru. Odd? Drove to the window as instructed and we where ignored. Finally someone answered and I told them we where told to come to the window. The girl at the window looked confused. We got our order and headed home. When we got home, we unpacked the order. The gravy was spilled and there was no lid on it and they forgot the fries. I called and asked to get a charge back for that. They denied. I won’t be going back. The chicken was okay. Biscuits where overcooked and nearly burnt. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered the Side Lovers (online only) Deal to get 3 sides. Ordered 2 mashed potatoes & 1 slaw. Online order was entered twice. Called store and was rudely told nothing they could do about it. Asked them not to prepare 2 orders. Instructions online state to go into store to pickup. When I arrived, doors were locked and no instructions. Went through drive thru. When I got home I was shorted a mashed potato. The wings and thighs were pink inside.
Every time I've got to this kfc, the food given to me had been dried up old food. Terrible cook staff.
Went there on a Frida y night to get LJS fish & they weren't making any fish! Their fryer was down because they had to clean the oil out. Why wouldn't they do it during the day instead of supper time? This place has gone down hill in the last 2 years. **Went to Waterloo's A&W/LJS to get some FISH.
