We ordered our subs and drinks at 7:05pm..we didn’t get our food till 8:15pm. The subs were poorly made as well! Never ordering or eating there again.
They forgot my cookie when they delivered, went back and brought it to me. 10/10 for the customer service. Thanks JJ’s ❤️

College Hill location is the worst!! Order from app about one time a week and always seem to be a problem with every delivery. Call store and "nothing" they can do about it but come back, get the food and remake the order. Already takes an hour from app order to delivery and will not wait two hours for sandwiches. The ease of delivery is not freaky fast nor quality.
I like Jimmy Johns, but I will never go back to this location. I had a take out order. I had to get a sack and a cup myself. None were offered to me, and by the time I realized that they weren't going to give me a cup or a sack, they had left the counter.
Tastes like every other Jimmy John’s and they have the cheapest delivery charge ever possible. Unfortunately, every single time I’ve ordered from this location it takes at least 30-45 minutes for them just to deliver about a mile away, they’ve even had to refund for it. Wouldn’t recommend for delivery.
Made an order for delivery on Feb 2nd. 45 min after no delivery we picked it up ourselves. they have refused to refund us the delivery fee and tip. I placed a a complaint with corporate and they have reached out to the franchise owner multiple times with zero response
Went above and beyond what was asked and kept our order after closing while we were running late with the road conditions, super nice and delicious, thank you
