This is one of our favorite places to go. They are very good at their cooking. They need to rearrange their food bars though in my opinion. We have found that if you put vegetables in bowl first you can get more in your bowl. They don't like it when you use 2 bowls. Alot of people do because of wanting more in one trip and this would help that issue.
Waitress did not want to help us at all! When I told her that my 5 year old really did not eat the food there, she did not even offer the choice of a kids menu. The grill area itself was disgusting looking. There was food and sauce all over the floors by the food bar and the grill itself. I literally left with my family's shoes covered in sauce.. WILL NOT EVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
Go on in get seated to welcome you to a Mongolian grill. You make your own choices of what you want for basically Chinese entree. I suggest you put more sauces on it so it doesn't get dry. You can make your own sauce or follow a guide above the choices. Cooked on a round grill that's about the size of a normal kitchen table as you walk thru the line to get to the end with your homemade entree. I leave a tip as the cooks are wonderful to cook your food the way you'd like. Scrumptious, hot meal with fresh everything.
Went there for Mother's day, arrived at 11:00 am. Evidently someone forgot to turn on the cooking grill. Chefs were frustrated....served us our meal and it was warm...not hot. When we got back to our table, we were told the rice would not be ready for an additional 5 minutes. It would seem like Mother's day would be a great opportunity to win new customers, not lose them.I was very surprised at this poor level of service. We won't be back!!!
Very good food, great service. Always happy to go here. Floors around food were sticky but was expected.
The sad thing is more people in the community need to have the want to work when rating this place. It always seems to be busy, with not enough waitstaff. Bless the ones who bust their butts though to make the consumer happy! Everytime I go in there, its the same people working = and working their tails off! I doubt they get tipped enough for what theyre doing to make you, the consumer, pleased, though. Next time you're in there, make sure to tip a couple dollars extra - even if you feel they did little = because its the behind the scenes things you least pay attention to! But they all add up! Food always tastes great!
Different style of restaurant for sure. Located inside a mall. We were seated very quickly. I liked that we could get our food whenever we want but I as that was my first time I wasn't really sure what combinations were good. Nevertheless it was fun to experiment and try new things. Very cool and interesting decorations. The waitress didn't check up on us too often but was nice when she did. I had to call her over when I wanted more water. The line was also pretty long so that combined with the waitress brought it down to a three.
I used to like this place, especially my kids loved it. However, it needs a deep clean very very bad, buffet area is greasy and slippery. Food on the floor everywhere, plates were not clean. Grill area is disgusting. Staff cannot be blamed, they are friendly and do what they can with the little staff they have. Looks more like a management problem to me.
Today I went to HuHot I got my regular that I got for years. When I went to the grill they touch my food a couple times. And my food was on the grill for 1 minute they gave me my food I added the topping there almost gone and went to go sit down. I ate my food and I notice my chicken was cold and my sausage was not cooked. And it's your job to make everyone's food properly buy it wasn't cooked. We told our waiter and then she took my food to show her manager and have her manager make my food he made it better so who ever was that thanks for making my day better after that.
This place is absolutely disgusting even the clean dishes are not clean the sauces have all mixed together the grill is so gross I have never seen a restaurant so disgusting. 1 star is to much. And on top of that pur waitress is rude.
