Food was good but the service was poor plus they are a bit pricey for not getting any sides with the meals besides rice which you cant switch out for noodles without being charged 5 more dollars. Another local chinese place cost less, foods better and you get an egg roll and soup with your meal and can change rice for noodles with no charge. I used to love thong kings but now I wont go back.

We were not greeted as we arrived. After finally being seated with some warm water we waited quite a while to order. They were not busy. The waitress finally took out order. She didn’t ask if we wanted appetizers or drinks. My wife got up and got us refills of water and the to go boxes. Never got a bill. We went up front to pay and our waitress was crying and yelling at us that another customer had placed a large order and didn’t pay. I should have left without paying but instead I paid in full and decided I’m not going back. Service always sucks there!

GET THE EMPRESS CHICKEN.The prices are super low for the quality of food. The sauce on their empress chicken is perfect. Mildly sweet, tangy, and spicy. It's good enough that I dumped my white rice, which usually goes uneaten, onto the platter just to eat the rest of the sauce. The chicken was CRISPY. Usually there's some unpleasant crunch with battered chicken, but this was wonderful throughout. I had one that was mostly batter on a side and it was still super crispy, no crunch. There is no room for improvement.10/10, absolutely coming back because of this.Their fried rice isn't as good as their Empress Chicken, but it's still nice. The chicken was especially well-cooked. 7/10, will get again, if I don't just order another helping of empress chicken. We're coming back. You should try it if you haven't.

Food and prices were good but definitely an issue of short staffing. Only 1 hostess/server & I suspect 1 cook as well. The front associate was very solemn and didn't have a welcoming vibe. I suspected this restaurant spot has been many things before and I'm guessing a Mexican restaurant at one point based on the layout (especially the front/cashout area that was obviously the bar area back then) You can tell this restaurant is sort of make-shift and has that temporary setup feel to it that it could be closed and packed up in the same day.

Food was great. Service was a little slow but worth the wait.

Went there 2 nights ago to get dinner, my friend ordered the shrimp fried rice, he asked if he could get extra shrimp and the waitress laughed and shook her head and rudely said “I don’t know” that was odd but not the main problem, I got the mushu chicken, which comes with a plate of a mixture of the chicken and vegetables, and also a plate of mandarin pancakes. The food came out and it was missing the pancakes so I wait a minute thinking they’ll come out, they didn’t, at that point my friend was done eating, so I ask one of the girls and she says she’ll say something to the waitress, she never did, so I wait another 20 minutes, they bring check without asking or saying anything and I ask if the rest of my order is coming out, she shakes her head and walks to the front, so I bring my check up and the girl had already forgotten who I was asking if I had takeout, she asked if I enjoyed the meal and I said well I never got half of it. She said “hope it will be better next time!” What. Literally what. They were short staffed, but to not even give me a little off the check? Or even pay attention to me at all?

My friend and I arrived at 11:30. We didnt get seated for 15 minutes. We didnt get waited on for another half hour. I believe there was only one waitress. Poor girl. The food was good. If you go, just make sure you have at least an hour. They really need more staff.

I put buffets into Google, and this came up. Walked in and asked if they were a buffet. I had to repeat the question three times before I got a very rude answer. Can't say the food was bad, but not going to eat at a place where the owners/ workers catch an attitude for being asked a very simple question. That is a big red flag; just imagine if the food was wrong? Really tired of seeing so many restaurants of this genre where the staff has an attitude problem. Not all of them do- I have been to some great ones in other places- but the excuse of cultural differences is just that. A poor excuse. If these people think they are better than their customers, then they should not be in this society.

Excellent service and food.

It's really bland. Broccoli was ok but the beef is mushy and bland. Spring rolls, I took a bite and then spit it out. It's supposed to be ground beef but it's white and tastes stale. Egg drop soup was fine. The lo-mein noodles themselves were decent. White rice was fine. Sadly, I do not recommend this place. We threw out our entire $40 food order.Panda Express is across the street and is money much better spent.
