To start it took ten minutes for the employees to even realize that we were at the counter and ready to order. Secondly this is a liquor and tobacco store that happens to serve food. The store was dirty and filled with flies. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper. They were kind enough to have a couple large tables with a mix match of chairs. Once we got our order in then it didn't take long for them to prepare our food and get it to us. We didn't stay and brought it home. The food itself was mediocre at best. I haven't had great wall since I was in college before it burned down and I can safely say I won't be visiting the new great wall again. Very disappointing.
The first time I ordered from this place, the chicken was old! With all places mistakes happens. So I ordered again, not trusting the chicken I ordered something different which was fine. I ordered the third time same thing as the last, and it was horrible! Again I understand mistakes happens. It's when I called to address the issue, the lady was very nasty and wasn't at all apologetic, and told me don't order again. So for that , I will take her advice and will not order again! I would have gave no stars, however one order was okay. You guys definitely earned the one star! Buyers beware!
1st time ordering from this certain restaurant and it will definitely be the last,my order was incorrect,they ran my card twice for the same order and it's very rude service

This place, hands down, is the best bang for you buck with chinese delivery. And they treat your pets respectfully when they do deliver. I took off 1 star because nothing is perfect. Not even me. Professionally hired reviewer.
Hands down the best Chinese food in Cedar Falls! Their service is great, deliveries are fast, the food is delicious, and the prices are the lowest I've come across. I haven't gotten Chinese food from any other restaurant since finding Great Wall and I order from them frequently. Seriously can't recommend them enough! A huge thank you to everyone working there for always doing such a stellar job-- you guys rock!!

Went in about 9:00 p.m. waited a full hour for my meal to be delivered it was a little warm and not very tasty pretty unfortunate for a business to build a good reputation in cedar valley.
