I ordered a engineer and a Tuna. Got home and my sandwich Engineer was not TURKEY. Went back and the young lady began to argue with me about what I ordered. I only eat Turkey, Chicken and Fish. I finally asked them do I get a Engineer? She finally said yes. I will not come back here again. And they had the nerve to think it was my fault. I understand know body wants to work fast food but this is crazy.
We grabbed subs on our way out of town for the weekend. It took over 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches. There was only one person in front of us, so the wait wasn’t due to being busy. The two guys behind the counter were very inappropriate (my kids even knew they were inappropriate and they are 4 & 6). The lady working even said “they can hear you and that is inappropriate!” The lady who took our order had to also make our food as the two guys were busy goofing around. We will not be coming back!
Attempted to place an order on the app and got an error message multiple times, ended up going somewhere else. Got a notification from my bank that I was charged for the order that never went through, I called the store to see about getting a refund. The girl named Heaven stated “it’s not really our fault since you placed the order” BUT MY ORDER NEVER WENT THROUGH. Heaven also refused to give me any contact info for upper management to expedite the refund process. She then proceeded to hang up on me and now my calls will not go through to this location and I’m out over $60 for an order that was never placed.
Forgot my pickles but the personal taking my order was to smoth with his pick up line. Got my # like it was something they ask everyone
Delivered to office for group lunch. It was still fresh and tasted great. We will be ordering from here again.
I recently visited this shop and was so hungry. I almost devoured the entire sandwich in one bite. The people working there were so good to me & helped me get my sandwich, napkins, and drink. I am handicapped so it has been hard for me to get around. I highly recommend this sandwich restaurant in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Even though we love their food at Firehouse, this is by far the most dysfunctionally ran location in their chain. Simply brutal.
The service was horrible. It took about 20+ minutes waiting for our subs. The lady that seemed to be the manager was yelling at another employee right in front of us. The subs weren’t even good, and it was definitely overpriced. Would rather of eaten a whole head of lettuce. :) Don’t recommend.
Older lady that was helping me was very rude. Yelling at other workers. When ordering was bossing me around and giving me attitude. Food is extremely good but the lady made me not want to come back.
Eric does a great job of making sandwiches and his customer service is outstanding! He checked on us several times to make sure everything was ok . Everyone there was very friendly and thanked us.We will Definitely be back!
