was really great food tonight brought the kids out after my daughter's concert at school very pleased with the service and waitress
Ordered from here last night its my daughter's favorite place to eat - they called and said they were out of chicken which was half our order, but they would still have the grilled chicken breast for our salad. The chicken was raw, thankfully I checked before eating it. Everytime we have went the last 3 months the food is below par by far. Would not recommend eating here.
Absolutely horrible, used to be great but obviously a far cry from what once was, pay for food and service prior to being seated is good for profits but not service.Waiter dropped knife and never brought a replacement and food had been sitting for a while, very old taste.Going back to Starbecks where they treat customers rightPrepare to go out of business famous daves, you're horrible.
The service is terrible, dropped my knife on the floor never brought another. Never seen anyone after they brought the food. The food was cold, meat tasted like it had been laying in the fridge for a couple days. Starbecks is going to run this place out of business.
Wow prices are through the roof. Corn was definitely poor quality. It’s sad how much more expensive dinner is vs lunch. Then add drinks in… probably not going back again. Parking lot and small parking spaces is also a big turnoff.
Food was good, staff were friendly. It's been a while since I had been to a Famous Dave's, I hadn't realized it was now a order at the counter, get your own drinks, seat yourself situation. At least the food is brought to you at your table, but no follow up service. No real complaints though.
Even though I applaud some of their efforts, the hall way they put 27 people in, many with handy cap issues sucked, couldn't get in or out with out making 10 people move, and the way you order your food made it even worse. And their so popular Mac and Cheese was nothing like me and a couple others remembered. The staff how ever did the best they could with the rules they had to work with. That being said, I tipped them extremely well, but will not consider them for my once a year event next year.
Staff has always been polite and efficient, interact with them daily as a delivery driver, and have not had a bad experience yet with the staff or collecting orders. Only 4 stars because I only interacted with the staff and did not experience the food.Wish I could rate the food but I have not eaten at a famous Dave's in over 3 years do to several bad experiences in a row that I had in past (had a couple orders that were very poor quality, but again that was over 3 years ago so hopefully has improved since then, just not ready yet to try it again)
This place used to be amazing, but seems like they are slacking quite a bit now. Food was barely warm sausage tasted like it was heated in a microwave hard to get service to the table after food comes. Just all around not a good experience
Quick and friendly service. Food was delicious and big helpings for a lunch menu.
