Dawn (the owner) attempted to avoid paying a staff member for training. She also denied an off day to a Muslim employee that wanted to celebrate a holy holiday. Dawn also allows her staff to harass black customers. She has yelled at staff members and broken several laws.
One of my favorite coffee shops in the world. Love this place and am thankful the owner has kept this location alive for so many years. I live in LA now although used to frequent Cup of Joe when I was in college there years ago. After traveling worldwide, I can still say this place is one of the best - and the vibe and decor is an inspiring environment to be in

not my favorite vibe to walk into. dislike the lack of milk substitutes. i have had pea milk before and enjoyed it but it was disgusting in my drink. very overpriced for low quality.
Awesome chill place, had some quiche, some tea, some coffee it was great! Vibes are cool here and their playlist was pretty good.
Always the best coffee or tea; fresh, flavorful, plus delicious pastries made better for you. The vintage vibe is fun and unique, as well as a showcase for local art. Much better than big box snooze.
Great at atmosphere, and tasty coffee! but.. I would really appreciate it if they had more df milks other than pea milk.
