It's a great place to stop by and get a burger the staff were nice and polite when ordering and delivered the food within minutes even when there was a line 10 cars deep with the food being fresh and hot and most importantly done right because what is the point of quick service If you can't get the order right? Just a great place to get a meal and fast and if given the choice to go to burger King or McDonald's or Culver's I would choose Culver's each and every time

Besides being the best burgers in the Midwest..... this cukvers location in particular has HANDS DOWN, the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. From the order taker, to the food server, to the clean up guys.... they are a class act.Thank you for the great food and unmatched service. You guys are awesome!
Wasn't even done with my food and the busser kid grabbed my tray an left with it. He tried to grab it earlier but I said leave it. Even overheard other patrons complaining about the same problem that he was working. 4-20-2022 5pmCST Cedar Falls, Iowa store.
They did amazing getting two full charter buses food in a supper quick amount of time. The food was really good. We stopped on Friday evening and Saturday evening. Great job to everyone who was working.
I enjoyed this location very much. The food arrived on time and with no problems what so ever. This establishment truly shows the all around amazing nature that comes with each and every Culver's location.
I don’t mind the wait time if the food is fresh and hot it wasn’t. The cod should be warm and at least half the size of the bun it comes with, it wasn’t. Very disappointed for the price. For same price can get better burger across street at Zsavooz.
Honestly this is the third time I've been here and there always seems to be something wrong. Last time I end up waiting for 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to get to the order kiosk. And additional 10 minutes to get my ice-cream. Unfortunately this time their grill was down so that means no butter burgers, no grilled chicken, no grilled cheese, no sourdough melt, no Reuben, no Wisconsin double.. Their main item seems like quite a necessity. Half of the employees were walking around without their shirts tucked in and aprons half tied.
We love this Culver's. Everything is always fresh and hot and made to order, never have received any thing cold..
I didn't think I would like Culvers. Butter burger is why, but I tried one and liked it and they have D. MTN. DEW. Not very many places carry it. It's always coke or Pepsi (diet) don't like either one
