Great service, nice friendly employees
Worst customer service by an employee here, her name is Kara. There were 4 employees, and 3 of them had airpods in. Kara didn’t say a word to me besides ask what I wanted, not to mention she messed up my order too. There was one employee, Medley, who was super nice and I honestly felt bad for her by the way Kara talked to her while we stood there.

A few weeks ago, I had my best visit at a Cold Stone! The gentleman working Saturday had the best attitude and pride in his work and it showed! He brightened a gray rainy day with conversation, entertainment, and made our treats to perfection! I would be fortunate to have him fulfill our orders again!
The last two times I have visited this location, they have locked up early or shut their open sign off to deter customers. If hours say open until 9 pm, why aren’t they staying open until 9? This picture was taken 9/14/21 after we checked the doors to find them locked at 8:55.
Pathetic. We show up at 8pm. They close at 9 normally. The guy says sorry we are closed because we have no other staff coming in. Um you CLOSE AT 9!!!! Stop being lazy and work till 9. You already are working past 8 because you are still serving customers! Man you people are LAZY!
