My nephew had his birthday party here last weekend. We ended up having to leave the party an hour early and take him to urgent care because he had something in his eye! He was miserable and just wanted to leave. The manager gave us a coupon that let him come back for one hour free play and a free large pizza! We went back a couple days later for his actual birthday, and he had a blast. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure our little guy still got to have fun at Chuck E Cheese!
So much fun!! For kids and adults ? My nieces love to go and run amok at Chuckie! It's also super fun for us to order a pizza and just turn them loose. Chuck E Cheese always has good pizza and they also have a good salad bar. Great games and a good time with the kids!
1/3rd of the games and the chair lift didn't work. Front desk chicks had NO CLUE what they were doing and the dude who stamped us in, didn't re-ink as he stamped 6 of us so upon leaving, half of our "stamps" weren't there lol. ?♀️Pizza was DELICIOUS (L cheese pizza. Stuffed crust.) All-in-all, we had a great time and got some good loot from our "tickets". ???
Staff isn't friendly. No hustle with the employees. Need to have better cooling system. It's way to hot inside here. Salad bar had little to no lettuce.

First time booking this place for a birthday party and I'd have to say it went pretty good. Our hostess was awesome too
We go to this place every month. Kids have a lot of fun. However, when we visited recently, many games were not working.
Very impressed since my last visit 3 years ago. Pizza was pretty good. Outstanding improvements have been made to the menu. Came here for a bday party. Waitstaff very attentive and friendly.
Kids had a lot of fun! So pricey with cheaply made prizes but all in all worth it to keep the kiddos busy and happy.
When several of our birthday party attendees couldn't make it due to weather and covid today, Becky the general manager was able to accommodate for us and make the party a fun one for the kids who were there, we really appreciated the effort she put forward for us in making sure we were taken care of. We always enjoy the CF chuck e cheese and this was a stressful situation that turned out well thanks to thoughtful management.
