Over 2hrs to have frozen pizza from the back of a truck. Disappointing.
Website advertises curbside. We placed the order online, went to pick up and rudely told they do not do that anymore. At least be courteous to your customers. Or should I say ex-customers. We requested a refund of the entire price including the tip.
great pizza. work at a local hotel always recommending it to my guest and they rave about it after.
This is the second time I’ve been let down by Chad’s Pizza. I let the first time slide since it was my very first time trying them and figured they just had a busy night, it happens, but this time I ordered the Gyro pizza that was supposed to have tomatoes, lamb meat, lettuce, onions… only to have it show up with ground beef and a TON of onions. Absolutely ridiculous. Laziness and ignorance? Because if you are out of a specific ingredient, let the customer know and discuss other options instead of just sending what they didn’t, at all, order. If I wanted a pizza loaded with onions and a pinch of ground beef, I would have specified just that. Done ordering from this place. Pay a $6 delivery fee as well as a $9 tip and I suppose that’s what ya get, folks. On top of already spending $21.49 for a medium pizza… that doesn’t show up even remotely close to how you ordered it. ??
The pizza was very good, and we got a sampler basket of fried food but was disappointed for how much we got for the cost.The location is not the greatest, it has the feeling of a dive bar and smelled like a urinal cake. They had only one waitress for about six tables and had to wait a while for the food.
Great pizza! I haven't had a bad pizza here! Ony bad thing is the parking situation is not good. But their delivery service is awesome!
They really pile on the ingredients with a bit too much cheese. Don't care for the crust. Might as well put the stuff on cardboard. Sauce not thick enough.
First off, the pizza gets a 5! We had The Panther because we were on a UNI college visit. I had to give it a 4 because the place needs work. They only have 4 dilapidated benches & a few tables inside. The napkin dispenser was empty and the bathroom sink was held up by a 2x4. Also, the soap dispenser was broken. Overall, I would go back for the pizza but would love to see a remodel.

Not from the area, heard this place was a must try but the wait would be awhile. Thinking it would be well worth the wait we ordered two pizza's. Waited and hour and a half, for a cheese and chicken parm. WOW, the salt on these two pizzas, especially the cheese, unbelievable. Overwhelming and unable to get past taste of salt. I have never in my life had a salty pizza.
