The manager at this restaurant deserves a huge raise. I’ve never left a place feeling so happy and radiant. Bod bless the staff and manager at this location. I really hope this review gets sent to Burger King’s corporation. The manager here should be acknowledged for the amazing experience and aura that she spreads to others. I will never forget her genuine kindness towards me today.

I came through the drive thru yesterday 4/19/22 , there were no cars in front of me or behind me, she says how may I help you, I said hold on one second please, very nicely and get back in the rudest tone ever "I need you too know exactly what you want too order when you pull up I don't have time for this." I just left. That is absolutely unprofessional and just plain terrible customer service, I hadn't even been at the screen for 3 seconds before she rudely said that back. So whoever was working drive through Tuesday around 515ish should probably find a different job treating customers like that. -Alexis Toll

This place is always under staffed and under trained. You never know if it will even be open. Today I had a 30 minute wait the drive up (wanted to leave the drive up line but no room) and the order was wrong when I finally got to the checkout. I could have gone to a real restaurant and been served faster.

Conveniently close, good deals and fast food, also taste wise much better than a McDonald's any day.

This Burger King is abysmal, which is sad because I really do love burger kings food. However, every single time I come here I get yelled at by the employees. Not just treated rudely, but actually shouted at, for just trying to order something in the drive thru. Just absolutely horrendous attitudes from the employees there every time. They also forget food often, and if you try to go back and get it they yell at you. Not worth it.

My husband ordered a burger and they forgot to put the patty in. I don't know if it's because the employees are overworked or what, but it seems like the patty should he the first thing going onto the bun.

It would be nice if the order was correct. When you order the sandwich your way and pay extra for the toppings you expect it your way. So tired of getting the wrong order.

I ordered some food to on the app to pick up through the drive-thru. After waiting a couple minutes at the blank screen with no response I pulled up to the window. After waiting a little while longer and seeing the employees ignore me I left. I understand if you need to close early, but they need to tell the customers too. I was still charged as well.

s/o to the CF burger king for always having good breakfast and still making it for me bc the ansbourough location always seems to have issues! 100000% recommend

I understand they are understaffed and it can get stressful and frustrating but I had asked for a drink with no ice they gave me a drink with ice so I said hey I asked for no ice and handed it back (mind you I don’t have tons of space in my car) and the manager I’m assuming opened the window and told me next time don’t hand the drink back that they’re not allowed to do that and to just tell her what she did wrong with a whole attitude and I’m just thinking like ok? Shouldn’t your employee know not to take the drink back or communicate that to me? That’s not my job to know that. They messed up my order and got my drink wrong so it’s safe to say there won’t be a next time.
