Used app at 9:00am to preorder and have ready for 4:50pm for pickup. Get there and waited for someone to help me. 18 minutes later had manager talk to me. My ranch sauce was on a table with my receipt on it. Receipt had all the info on ordering. Manager had to go back to cook area to have my order moved to the front. So 25 minutes later from when my order was supposed to be ready, the manager brings my wings and said “have a nice day”. Why have a app to preorder? Lost my business, will eat elsewhere

Logan was one of the best waiters we have ever had. Got us a free appetizer due to a short wait for service. Gave us extra sauce without asking. Great customer service!

Worst service ever, ordered our food presented nice.hour before a waitresses even checked on us. We had our empty drink glasses sitting on edge of table and watched person after person pass by, sometimes 4-5 times finally had to asked. Then we were brought our bill and had to tell them we haven't received any food yet. When we did receive the food you could tell the order had been rushed, some of the wings were not even sauced. My wife's wrap was only half wrapped. I had to ask for my Mac and cheese 2 more times they brought it out in a bowl that was bent and.

Garlic Parmesanand orange chicken wings are my favorites. Last time I tried the cauliflower wings (I'm not vegetarian), and I fell in love with them. They're crunchy on the outside like the chicken wings, and the cauliflower taste is very mild and surprisingly pleasant, although not in your face. I'm definitely having them again next time!

Our food was very delicious.The wait was a little long, especially since there was only three tables of customers.But believe me it was worth the time. ?

Prices were fair, food was good. First time I've ever had our parties meals served at three very separate times. Each person had to eat their meal alone as they were served separatelyvery far apart, kitchen has to get their act together.

Cedar Falls, Iowa.Ordered an iced tea. It was a very pale green color. Sent it back and ordered water. What is up with food coming out separately. I had finished my meal before my husband even got his wings, which took way too long for a wing place. Yes, they told us it would come out separately but never expected it to be such a long time in between. They need to change that policy. We had a gift card so luckily it was free. Probably won't go back.

Normally, our visit to Bdubs is a good one, today was not the case. My family was almost done eating by the time I receive my meal (house sampler). When ordered, I was informed they were out of onion rings so I asked if I could substitute something else, was told yes. I asked for some cauliflower wings...nope. How about some extra wings....nope. I opted for chips and guacamole. The chicken nachos were cold, the guacamole was just plain, somewhat mashed avocado-nothing close to the awesomeness I have had there before. The mozz sticks were good though. I ended up taking the wings to go and leaving the rest. I understand the struggle food service is going through with staffing and supplies, but they didn't even take dirty dishes from our already crowded table. We will try it again, but today was a disappointing $100 visit.

I am very patient when it comes to food service but this is ridiculous the Buffalo Wild Wings in my area cedar falls iowa is known for how horrible it is I ordered on DoorDash around 6 o’clock honey barbecue wings and fries and I was hungry so I was pretty excited to DoorDash one of my favorite food I got my food my fries were old hard and cold to the touch and my wings didn’t come with any sauce so I called Buffalo Wild Wings and a manager offered to redeliver the food with someone who works at Buffalo Wild Wings I said yes but DoorDash already issued a refunded and I had to talk to doordash and they said they would redeliver the food I called Buffalo Wild Wings and asked them to put the sauce on the wings and not on the side I got my food at 8:50 and my fries were cold again and my wings didn’t have any sauce so I called Buffalo Wild Wings again and a different manager this time told me “I’m guessing you don’t want to send out another dasher so you have to contact doordash for a refund.” So I never ended up getting my wings I am very disappointed this manager wouldn’t send me the right order of wings
