Excellent food and fast service. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was excellent. The sandwich had a nice portion of meat on it and a bunch of toppings. It came with a spicy mustard, but the sandwich didn't need it due to how much flavor it already had.
Ok see pics. One of its of ribs on their Facebook page the other pic is the runs I got in my order. One of these things is not like the other. I think they should use my pic in their advertising so people will know they are getting briquettes instead of ribs.
Unimpressed sums it up. First off let me say that I travel for work and consider myself a BBQ connoisseur. I ordered the brisket plate with beans and coleslaw plus the Wednesday special smoked wings. Brisket - chewy and unseasoned. Wings - also chewy but had good flavor. Coleslaw - flavorless with a horrible sticky consistency, I think they just added a scoop of mayo. Beans - good flavor but zero salt was added. I expect BBQ meat to fall off the bone, you shouldn't have to rip it off the bone with all your might then chew chew chew for 5 minutes before you swallow. I've had much better BBQ at Dickeys and I don't even think Dickeys is that good. One more point, this place is expensive, my food came to $23 and I tipped $4 (which I thoroughly regret) totalling my bill to $28 and change. If you don't know what good BBQ is you might think this place is alright, but if you know what good BBQ is... KEEP DRIVING!

I'm just leaving this place and everything I had was almost unedible. I got the burn-ins the pork belly burn-ins and the ribs. Everything was way overcooked and it's only 12:30 in the afternoon. You think things would be hot and fresh. I was really hoping for some different good barbecue but this is not it. Pretty disappointing.
Great food at a decent price and fast, friendly service. Blue Barn has become my Tuesday night stop when I leave the office.
The hours say they are opened 11 - 8 pm on Sunday but they don't answer the phone!! Is it opened or not on Sunday's?? One area says they are next area says there not?? Which is it?
Absolutely amazing restaurant! Instantly greeted once we walked in. We were given suggestions on what was good and super friendly! We ate in the restaurant against the window and it was very comfortable. Our meals were out of this world and we had leftovers to take home!! I highly recommend stopping in to eat or carry out!
I had been meaning to try this place. Overall, I was impressed. I had the brisket, which has a bit of fat on it to add to the flavor. This may turn some people off. The mashed potatoes were awesome, as was the mac and cheese. I look forward to trying some of the other meats!
