Sat for 15 minutes before getting chips and salsa. Had our food before we got drinks and had to tell the manager we hadn’t gotten our water and soda! Ordered a beer they didn’t have and still got charged for it. Terrible service. Manager did give a gift card for a free drink for next time, however there may not be a next time.

The service and food has changed so much. I stood there for like 5 mins while 3 girls and the owner starred at me then decided to tell me I had to walk elsewhere to be seated... we ordered a pitcher of margaritas but because we asked about the Tower apparently that's what we ordered, in the end the owner said he would only charge for the pitcher price which was cool but I understand now, it's because there's no tequila in any of it ANYWAY... tastes like kool-aid. The food came out and it was cold'ish and the flavor just lost it's authentic taste, so sad the first time I went there I was like ok this is pretty darn good... the last 3 times just ughhh not good at All! Need to stick to it and not go again, there's plenty of other damn good authentic Mexican out there especially when there's only 2 of us and we spend $80 on average because of the drinks... ✌

The waitress was amazing! She was so sweet and on top of taking care of us. I was just curious if the food recipes have changed, because mine seemed spicier than normal

Fast lunch service. Affordable lunch menu. Servers were attentive and polite. Food came out hot, like don't touch the plate with your bare hands hot.I ordered a burrito, and it was ok, by which I mean I could eat it but would not choose to eat it again. Their refried beans are awful, either that or the ones I was given had been sitting in the same heating pot for a week. There is a ramp, which is black carpet, that covers the step up to the dining area. Unfortunately, both of the carpets on either side are black, so the fact that it is a ramp is not obvious AT ALL. I'm fortunate in that I have a good sense of balance, wasn't moving particularly fast, and that I do not have mobility issuesManagement, if you read, please get some yellow tape at the very least and mark where the ramp is. I'd also recommend a sign on the wall(s) near it too.

I had a taco, tamale, guacamole and peach margarita. The food was bland. No taste whatsoever. Margarita lacked liquor. Menu showed SEVERAL kinds of tequila. Ordered a shot of José Gold to add to drink. They were out. ? Also, my waitress serviced me with a toddler on her hip. ??‍♀️ I won't be back.

The food was really good! The lighting was really dim and was hard to see the menu and the music was really loud so it was hard for our server to hear us. When we were done and needed to go boxes and we waited at our table for 20 minutes, by then I just got up and got it myself and to get the check. My waited at the hostess station for 10 minutes and no one helped her even though many of the employees walked passed her and looked but never said anything. What really got to me was that one of the servers had her kids there, she was taking orders and filling them with a baby in her hand. I saw another of her kids walk in the kitchen and was running around which is incredibly dangerous, with all of the hot surfaces, sharp objects, and liquor. The floor was really dirty and my dad said the bathrooms were really disgusting! I would give it zero stars if I could.

Never again. Do not eat here. The food was soggy, inedible garbage. The meat in my burrito was supposed to be pork carnitas, it wasn’t pork, and whatever it was, both my husband and I had to spit out because it tasted rotten. This was wasted money for food that went to the garbage.

Poor service. To include having to ask for chips and salsa, having to flag waitress down at hostess stand to pay bill after 20 min waiting. Paid $8 each for pina coladas even after the server said blender has broken they still charged us for the liquid, non alcoholic drinks from the broken blender. Never coming back.

My daughters took me here for my birthday, The waitress was a sweety and she did her best. However the food was really bad, I had the Milanesa and the meat was partially burnt literally black like coal and the breading was really salty. One of my daughters had the carne azada and the meat tasted bad like it was spoiled. Por favor contraten un buen cocinero, se pasan!

Great food and friendly staff. Always got my food fast an hot I love eating there
