Better than Dairy Queen, lines can get pretty long due to that
Always great ice cream but sometimes the staff is just not very nice. Cedar City Creamery is almost always all smiles and engaging, with a bit more bang for your buck too.
Very disappointed with my order here today. I ordered a pup cup and a large smore snowstorm. The pup cup was okay at least I think as my dog ate the whole thing, however my snowstorm was poorly mixed and lacked in the smore topping. On top it had a little bit of mix, however after that the entire rest of the snow storm was just vanilla soft serve. I'm not sure if I want to continue my business here or not, I'm still up in the air, as I've really enjoyed the service in the past up until today.
First experience and it was a good one. Lots of variety and their snowstorms are so thick. Drive through was non stop as I was waiting for my ice cream.Stop by and support the locals.
The staff was super friendly, and the ice cream is very good! I definitely would come back again for my ice cream fix.
Every time I go there I get just what I want with friendly staff. Today I got a ice cream cake from my husband's birthday and it was absolutely perfect.

Holy cow! I know Iowans love their ice cream, and this place is why. Locally owned, there was a line out the door and a huge drive-thru line in early, EARLY spring.Portions are generous and the menu is very extensive. I had a lovely turtle sundae.They could stand to have more staff working. The 4 highschool-aged kids were working quickly and efficiently, but they were overwhelmed by too many customers.OWNERS: TREAT YOUR WORKERS RIGHT IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY!

I have never left a negative review for any business, but this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They handed out the completely wrong order and within moments we realized it and said something but they were very rude and insisted it was our fault for taking it and now we needed to pay again to get the correct order since we already were handed the incorrect order. Very rude about the whole thing and never apologized or offered to give us the correct order. We were not asking for anything free. Just the correct order.
