Went to this location tonight to pick up an online order we placed. One burger was made wrong, the other was coated in so much ketchup it wasn’t possible to eat, my nuggets were missing, and my fries were old. When I went back to ask for my missing nuggets and new fries, the older woman who always works the window (presumably the manager), was INCREDIBLY rude. She had such an attitude when talking to me, walked away from me while I was still talking, and then had an attitude when I took the bag back from her. Looks like I won’t be eating tonight since the food I paid for is essentially inedible. I will NEVER be back to this Wendy’s location.
Absolutely horribly rude people that work here. They have never been nice. I usually stop through at night so I don't know if the day crew is different. Anytime I come through the drive through I'm always told to wait and can wait up to 10 minutes sometimes. My food is never right. And I get upset employees who give me looks when I asked for one extra sauce. I order through the app a lot and will miss out on free items I used my coins on because they are out. Or my order will be processed (my bank pulls transactions immediately) and they will tell me their having problems so I miss out on my coupon and pay more. The company draws people to the app for the coupons but when I doesn't work half the time people don't want to use it.
Okay, here goes. The other day for lunch my husband and I went to Wendy's and got some sammies and drinks. Fantastic service! There were a bunch of cumtomer service oriented adults working. Food was exactly as expected. Great experience! The problem is that I had tried a drink that I wanted to get again and I was near there a couple nights later. I went to go inside and the door was locked and the lobby was closed - understandable in this day and age and I view that as no problem at all. So, I get into the drive thru line as I had about 25 minutes before my meeting. I wait to order - no problem. I ordered the frosty-ccino to take to my meeting. I pull forward and wait for a long time for all the cars in front of me to get their order and it's finally my turn at the window. The young man opens the window and says "so we actually don't have your frosty-ccino." There were 3 other employees standing behind him just standing there. I said "oh, okay, wish someone would have told me sooner I just sat waiting for a long time" "well, would you like something else?" He said "no". I went there specifically for that and at any point someone could have stepped out to my car to inform me that they were out and I could have gone to get a coffee somewhere else! Instead, I didn't have time and had to get to my meeting. No coffee. I felt like the night crew could not be further at the other end of the spectrum from the day crew when it came to customer service. My entire 25 minutes was spent waiting for nothing and the less than 2 minute away drive to my meeting. Bummer.
The cashier was so slow and charged me 1.50 for no reason. I waited 20 minutes for my food and got it cold. I wasted all my Wendy's points and she didn't apply the coupon
I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any Wendy’s up until the past couple of weeks when going to the Bettendorf location. The second shift staff is very rude! Very disrespectful! The past few times I’ve went the order taken has gotten an attitude while taking the order and rushing through and then messes up my orders to only get upset with me about correcting her. My boyfriend had the same experience when going. They definitely need new staff.

It was pretty good. We went when there was a 7-8 car line and got our food in about 15 minutes. They forgot to give us our drinks but we forgot to ask for them so just remember what you order and don't blame them for everything.
Hard to complain because the staff was older and I genuinely feel they could not move fast enough we waited 20min to make an order and another 15 after that to receive it. 3 cars in front of us. I ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches I was upcharged for deluxe and never saw the chicken. Sandwiches were cold, fries were missing.Super disappointment. But in this time what can you do
Over a 40 minute wait in the drive thru was not what I was expecting from fast food. I already purchased through the mobile app otherwise I would have left. The food tasted old and not very good. No option for curbside pickup or dine in.
This place has had the same rude elderly women working here for over a year If not for the fact this restaurant apparently still doesn't allow customers inside apparently due to covid I would have addressed her uncalled for behavior to the restaurant manager in front of everyone in the restuarant. Also I see other reviews mentioning a rude woman. And or other people who have had the misfortune of encountering someone extremely rude who works here this tells me this seems to be a habitual issue. I've learned in business if the customer wants something to stop then don't give money to that business. Lastly the governor of Iowa is not mandating businesses to stay limited to drive through or 3rd party delivery services. I find it strange this place hasn't returned to normal like most other local businesses. However 3 very positive things , Not everyone who works here is rude there are some people here who bust their humps for the customers , I don't think they have ever gotten my order wrong and if I refrigerate hamburgers from here and reheat them even a day or so later they still taste the same which is pretty impressive
