The coffee didn't make me vomit, 5 stars
I stopped here a few nights ago, worst service! The lady couldn’t get my drink right and had to repeat several times. Paid for my drink and the lady didn’t have the lid on all the way. I was covered in coffee. Went inside to ask for a towel and the lady directed me to napkins, I explained what happened and she said you just have to use those. Didn’t get me a drink to replace it and laughed at me. Wrote a complaint to corporate and no response. I will no longer support this company. No customer service at all!
Bunch was excellent and the coffee was on point meeting a friend and seeing the atmosphere was a wise choice that day

would give 5 stars but can't stand the new straws I get y they got them and it's good for the environment. but I'll just bring my own straws. cause 2 min into ur frozen drink u can't stir it anymore cause the straw is broken and bending and falling apart. find a better made straw
Definitely on the pricier side and I still think that they're sizing menu is odd considering the traditional route of just going from small to large instead of tall grande venti?Personally I like to order a tall or occasionally grande iced matcha green tea latte with almond milk. It's lightly sweet and never fails to hit the spot. I've tried their fruity refreshers and oml. I was able to take it all and throw it into a 40 oz cup with extra water and it was still very sweet. Never mixing the flavors again ?OverallStaff is always friendly, drinks never take long and usually tasty ? a nice treat once in a while
