Love this starbucks and all the employees, but today, I believe her name was Ellen, made my drink today and when I noticed when she had given me a normal amount of ice I corrected her and told her I asked for light ice nicely and she gave me a dirty look and dumped like 4 ice cubes out and told me it would melt. I asked for light ice to avoid my drink being water downed. The drink that I ordered also wasn’t made properly and was missing ingredients. She also didn’t tell me thank you etc when she handed me my drink either. This isn’t the first time Ellen has given me attitude problems and I understand we all have bad days but it’s frustrating when i’m paying that much for coffee to feel like i’m doing so the wrong by just being in her presence.

Order was correct and in about the speed anticipated.
Just because you do not want ice does not mean fill it only 1/3 up. (Ice bothers my teeth-like nails on a chalkboard type thing for me.) Even offered to pay large price for small.
This time the service and coffee was bad...we took a sip and threw it out!!!!
My favorite place
The new addition of oat milk as a dairy substitute is very delicious! Try it with the chai latte! The oats bring out the spices in the chai!
