One and done for me. Waited 30 minutes for food with only 2 other diners. She didn’t bring our food out all at once, it was brought out in sections. Never came to check on us. We had to go up to the front to ask for refills. I will happily drive across town to Davenport from now on.
Slow service unatentive the server seem to be more interested in personal drama and was on her personal phone also didnt know if the restaurant had verde sauce. The food was late and not warm also the dinning room was cold. Prices where to high as compared to other rudys restaurants in the area. I will not return very bad experience.
The taco bar was old and gross. There food isn't even made fresh. Saw someone taking food out with there hands. My dad asked for more pop took them more then 5 mins, no one was there, we even had to ask for it back. Should NEVER have to do that. I will NEVER come back.
This was my worst experience at a so called Mexican restaurant 1st the service was poor at best took 10 minutes to get a drink refill take took my glass and never came back she decided to play on her phone a few feet from us finally the 2nd server who she was talking too finally came over to ask what our problem was I asked if I could get my pepsiThe food seemed to be precooked I ordered an enchilada the beef was dried out so much I had to drink a few glasses of pepsi to wash the food downThe music for the atmosphere was some sort of rap I thought I was back in da hood waiting for gun shoots not a Mexican restaurant im use to going to Mexican restaurants that try to be Mexican with fresh meats and chips n sasa and so music along the lines of Mexican I will not be going back to rudys at that location 1st and last time
Yall still got car parts in the kitchen? Junkyard worth of parts in the basement or allowing cleaning company's in the cooking area to spray chemicals and clean while meat is on the stove?
First time visiting, soft shell tacos were very good. You buy an order(3) fills you up. I would visit xgain
Called to order dinner last night and asked about if they deliver. They said yes. Did NOT say there were ANY delivery fees. Our food total according to their online menu shld have been around $23 and the bill was $28 and some change so that seemed a little high but I figured it added a small delivery fee which I was fine with. Well today my total updates to over $36 with added tip. So my husband calls to see why there was an $8 added tip we didn't authorize when we tipped the driver $5 cash. He was told by the manager that the extra $8 was the delivery fee. Which is ridiculous to charge your customers $8 and especially not to tell them up front. The food took over a hour to arrive and it was stone cold. Very very dissatisfied and dissapointed.
We go there often on lunch break and they treat us like family a big Thanks to Alec for getting our order quickly.
I've never been a fan of Rudy's, but I go when a friend requests it. The food was So far. I'm not even sure what that cheese is made out of but it doesn't taste like real cheese. The servings are small for the price and the meat wasn't great. The waitress seemed to be half asleep, maybe she was just tired had a bad day but overall the service was decent. I think I'll continue not going to Rudy's and put my foot down from now on.
