One star is honestly more than they deserve. Service was awful. We had a table of five and waited almost and hour for our food just to have it be cold. We also watched our server a total of four, maybe five times while we were there. Drinks were barely topped off or refilled while we watched the server just wonder around or cleaning empty tables. Once we finally got our checks we waited another 10 minutes to have them take for check out. The table we sat at was definitely not wiped down all the way and was sticky. Save your money people.
I will never go back to Ross's. The food was ok, that's the only reason why it got 1 star. Otherwise it would get zero stars. It only took 45 minutes for our food to come out and no they was not busy. Our drinks were disgusting and on top of that our server was horrible. It just wasn't a good experience for us
The service was terrible and completely rushed. There were only a few tables, so not busy at all. They messed up our orders and when we said something to the waitress all she said was “sorry”, and walked off. The waitress didn’t seem to care at all she would just walk off and start talking to her peers! Never had this problem there before. Their food is always great but the service has disappointed me. We don’t need anything in return, just wanted our food to be corrected. Owners are great and nice, but I hope this review helps for training purposes.
The only reason I gave any stars was because the waitress was pretty good. I don't remember her name. I took my family there this evening and there wasn't anyone else eating there. Should have been my first warning. The place was cold. Like they didn't have the heat on. The hot wings were nothing more the cut up chicken strips covered in hot sauce. I got the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and eggs. The only edible thing was the eggs. Nothing else was cooked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Worst experience at Ross' ever. I used to love this place! The hostess was completely lost, she was new and not a single person was willing to help her! I felt for her! Waited for almost an hour for our food, my chili came it was cold! The waitress was so u professional and beyond rude!
4 patrons in restaurant, took half an hour to get a cheeseburger. Order wasn't correct, ketchup bottle with no ketchup, went to get my own, zero contact from any staff member on how's your food, refills, dessert - nothing. As another viewer mentioned a very cold restaurant - bring a blanket or stay home and cook your own $13 burger.
Food is excellent. Just like a good home cooked meal. Staff is friendly and attentive. Newer and very clean. Laid back atmosphere.
This was our first visit and it was great! The food was great! Our waitress was attentive and knowledgable. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the fact their were two waitress and many customers. They were running like crazy and for what reason? We were in no rush, but watched them struggle with rude customers.Great food, better management would make this 5 stars!
Even with raising prices, this restaurant is still over-priced. Cinnamon roll was made yesterday, so it was dry, hard, and stale today. Told Ron and waitress about it. Also told Ron that the men's restroom was dirty and out of paper towels. He said he would take care of it. After awhile I saw him leave, I went back into the men's restroom, nothing had been done yet.
The prices keep going up, but the quality of food is going down. The young servers at night are not very personable when we are there. I tried the Chicken Magic Mountain. It had two small chicken tenders in it. One of them was so overcooked that I could t even cut thru it.
