This store went above and beyond. I had an early morning birthday party for 3 to 6 year olds. The party started at ten so I needed the pizza at the party by 10. Well Sandra was amazing and made sure I got my pizza at 9:50! It was ready when I got there. Pizza was delicious and stayed hot for the entire party. Thank you!

Hello, your friendly neighborhood delivery orderer. We called to ask if they were delivering. The answer was yes.1 hour later we called and they say they will not deliver. They say the delivery driver slid due to ice, but that we could pick it up as the order was ready.1. If the order is ready why can we pick it up, but not the delivery driver. Hmm2. If the weather is this bad do they care about the customer and tell them they are cancelling the order and closing the store? No.3. Does the store apologize. No.This store has always messed up orders and continues to. I have more than one free pizza on my account due to there negligence and have never used it.Sad to say I will NEVER order a pizza from them again and refuse to be a customer of Papa Johns going foward.

That's hilarious! I tried to get local deals and the price jumped 3 dollars more.Update...they reached out and made it right. Fast forward 2weeks and I just got the best pizza I have ever had from them. 3 stars to 5.Well, they're are 2 stars now... ordered a large and got a large crust
Always delivered hot & fresh, beautifully made by a efficient staff and I'm going to be a fan,my peppers and sauce aren't on my pizza, unless I ordered it that way. This company is fantastic regardless of location, the employees are Great and I'm going to have this food anytime I can, Bettendorf staff is my favorite ? but regardless of where, you can get the best from Papa anytime you are hungry

They will not answer the phone. I called 27 times around 9pm, it rang and they cleared the call everytime. We ended up ordering from somewhere else. It's to bad because we just moved to Bettendorf and live like 5 blocks away but I guess they don't want my business.
