our waiter had too many tables to wait on, making the service of or 12 person table terrible!!! Plus our bills were all wrong & everybody was charged for things we didnt get!
Great pizza & appetizers. Fresh and hot! First time going to this restaurant. Great atmosphere, low lighting and very comfortable. Plenty drink selections to choose from whether it be alcohol or not. Employees were friendly and our server came to our table frequently to check if we needed refills or anything else. 5/5 stars! Will definitely be back. Very impressed.
Generally enjoy eating here, but today I called around 2:00 to ask if I could make a reservation for tonight at 6:45. I was told they generally don't do reservations, but rather just have a system for calling when you leave to guarantee a spot on the wait list, but was assured they'd go ahead and add me to the wait list early anyway.I then called when I left just to make an sure I was on the wait list, and they confirmed that I was, in fact, on the wait list.When I arrived, they found my name on the wait list, and even confirmed the time, but said it would be a 40 minute wait.The gentleman who did so was perfectly nice and very apologetic, so I didn't want to stand there and make a scene, but that's frankly unacceptable. It defeats the entire purpose of the wait list system, and even if a mistake had been made, the very least they could have done was given me the next available table, rather than making me wait 40 minutes.
The only positive was the Grub Hub delivery guy. The order of garlic cheese toast was cold and flavorless. The 5 wings were cold- and the pizza was more crust than toppings. For a delivery right across the street we were extremely disappointed. We could have gone in, but really wanted the convenience of delivery. So disappointed!!
The service was great! The salad was delicious. The thin pizza crust was delicious. The sauce was really thick, and too much for me, as it squirted out of the pizza when I bit it. It tasted good, but there was too much of it. The toppings, Italian sausage, red onion, mushrooms, and sun dried tomatoes were ok. The cheese wasn't completely melted, and kind of gaggy. It was really average pizza. The salad and service were great. If you're looking for great pizza, this isn't it.
Food was good. They got our large group of 9 in last minute on a Saturday night! Server was super nice.
Food was decent as always. Service a little slow for a large group, missed quite a few things. But friendly.
Great lunch and customer service. Thick and thin were both good. Facility could use good cleaning, I saw a big dust bunny from floor mats floating around the floor. Cobwebs, dust, (maybe a deep cleaning). Easy to get to and the parking isn’t to bad.
Growing up this was where my family would celebrate my parents paydays and I would ask for bday parties food be picked up from. Over the years this place has gotten worse and worse. The last 6 months I haven't had a single good experience, especially in regards to crust, no salt, wrong kind, undercooked. Only an entire childhood of celebrations, old Chicago in my college towns/1st job 2hich I celebrate elections with, keep me hoping this place only had a bad night. My pizza tonight wasn't cut... Okay human mistake. After I had to cut it a good 40% of the interior of the crust was still raw. After cutting it and pulling a slice away it tore into 3 different pieces as the crust was so raw. Whatever happened approximately 2012 this place has become a worthless restaurant and I have actually been close to praying that cooperate revokes the franchise from whoever owns it because they're horrible managers.
With it being my First time going there, i was pretty impressed with their pizza…Delicious!!! The hostess & waitress that we had were very welcoming & friendly. Food came out fast and hot!
