Super disappointed with the drive thru. I have never been able to go through and they actually get the order right especially the drinks. I don't think the kids that work there really care. I go through there on a daily basis almost because I work pretty close and it on my way. I have gotten to work because I cannot taste all the drinks and find out that the drinks are all wrong. Twice I have ordered Dr Ppper and a coke and both times have gotten diet coke for both drinks. When you ask at the window if they know which is which I got no I do not. I am a nurse and I don't have time to turn around and go back to get anything fixed and when you call no answer. When I order I am not just ordering for myself it is for others I work with. Honestly if it was not so convienet on the way to work I would not go back. The managers are not receptive and forget the counter because they ignore you there as well and pretend like they don't see you. I don't like to post negative reviews but it is frustrating that they cannot get things right. I pay for it and just have to deal with their mistake because I don't have time to go back to complain.
So tonight when we got home we discovered our two happy meals were missing there toys! Ohh no a 3yr old and 6yr old were like WHAT LOL.... So I called to see if I could just come pick up the toys and Jamie ( I believe a supervisor) was so apologetic especially cause what a let down for the kids!!! She more then made up for it!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Was impressed cleaning was on going and wait staff was truly friendly as you can see from my pic all gone yumm
Waited 15 minutes at drive thru for breakfast, still didn’t even get to the pay window. Ended up driving off. Management needs to do a better job staffing the busy shifts.

closing way earlier than it used to. still hasnt changed by way of ordering fresh cooked to get good edible hot food. ie especially the fries and fish sandwiches-only good when fresh and hot.the app will sometimes work and sometimes not work. my verizon service/ mcds app never seems to open easily on the mcds property. and sometimes the codes do not work which holds up the line

Drive thru was running very slow, it took me about 20 minutes with 6 cars ahead of me. I ordered my sandwich meal with no pickles. When I started to eat my sandwich it tasted like pickles... I'm guessing they gave me a sandwich that they just removed the pickles from. My fries were cold and mostly crunchy.
It was early morning. The drive through person was nice and friendly. The service was great and fast. They even got our order right! I will definitely be back.
Mobile order. Curbside pickup. Took a while for food to come out. Menu hack meals were neat though.
