I wish I took a picture of my sandwich I received. I had only one very tore up piece of meat on my sandwich and more than enough mayo. No where close to $8.00 gourmet sandwich. The person that I was with said to go ask for extra meat. Not my idea to pay even more for the sandwich that sucked. You might as well got bread put mayo on it and used meat spray and called it a gourmet sandwich.
Always correct on my order and very quick. Friendly delivery people. I use them about twice a month. Never a problem.
I don't get why people are leaving bad reviews I love eating here go inside I find a place Everytime the drive thru is some times busy but it don't take 15 mins I think the longest time I've waited for. A sandwich wws 20 mins they were really packed that day other than that day I love Jimmy's Johns
Four cars in front of me in the drive-through, nearly 15 minutes. Not the first time this has happened, so definitely my fault for coming back. They are not fast but they sure are freaky.

0 for 2 with this locations delivery. It’s 3 minutes faster if you just hop on I80, dive to Iowa City, and get a sandwich there.
Extremely slow. 25 minutes and counting with 2 cars in front of us in the drive in. Pretty disappointing.
I absolutely love Jimmy John's, but this location disappoints me every single time. Three times in the drive through for one sandwich and end up waiting for 10min-15mins when there is not a single person there waiting, but myself! On top of that every time an employee is at the register they are always so slow and rude. Disappointing.
